Description: Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.

After a night out on the town, a good brunch was in order. The Shamrock has some great unique options at reasonable prices. I chose the Huevos Rancheros, which were not like any others I have had. I can't wait to try other things from the menu in future visits.

Great atmosphere, menu, and beer selection. Both beer and food menus had variety with standard and unique offerings. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Visited over a dozen brewpubs in a recent tour through CO and this place would be in the top 3.

Located in old town Pueblo this little charming brewery provides the visitor with something similar to an Irish Pub experience. Along with their standard Irish style beers, they also have on tap some of their "specialty" beers and several guest beer taps. I was pleased with the variety offered. Standard pubfare apps, entrees, but with an Irish twist. The quality... More

When we walked in to this pub to eat and cloth napkins were used I figured this was going to be a really good dining experience. I was not disappointed. Cloth napkins do not necessarily mean the dining experience, but in an Irish pub it is a good indicator because the owner cares enough about the diners that corners will... More

Ate here twice on a recent business trip to the area. Great selection of locally brewed beer (on site!). Try the red, it's one of my favorites of all time. Food was decent. Really liked the soft pretzel and the wings from the appetizer menu. The fish and chips was just ok and the Shepherds Pie was sort of bland.... More

Seek out brewpubs when traveling because find it easy to know what to expect and enjoy trying local beer. This was certainly a cut above most. Located downtown Pueblo. The first happy surprise was the big soft pretzel stuffed with cheese. That alone was worth the visit. We had a vegetarian boxty, traditional Irish dish, that was as good or... More

This restaurant handled our late arriving group just fine. We enjoyed everything about this place; the atmosphere, drinks, dining and welcoming of us all!

Every time I'm in Pueblo I make it a priority to visit the Shamrock Brewing Co. It is an old fashioned bar located in the heart of downtown. They brew their own blends of seasonal beers to the delight of their regular patrons. It is a gritty Pueblo version of Cheer's...with a cross section of locals enjoying the beverages and... More

Excellent food, friendly staff. The Irish boxty is great. This was our first visit and we're not disappointed. Definitely on our restaurant hit list to visit again. I enjoyed the decor...dark wood panelingpaneling, added to the enjoyment.

The food was a major disappointment considering the trip advisor rating along with the hotels. The waiter was very attentive and the food came out quickly. It just didn't taste good. Very bland.
