Description: Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center...
Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.

Better than average craft brew

Like they have a full bar in addition to beer. Food menu is decent, staff was nice. Nothing really distinguishes them from other microbreweries except the full bar offering. Bottom line - we had fun here.

We made the mistake of sitting in the bar area. Loud music and too many TV's. Didn't even realize there was a quiter dining area next to it until we used the restrooms. Their chips are excellent. Unfortunately, my fish was very soft, no texture at all. My wife's reuben was very good, ditto her chips. I'd eat there again,... More

We were on the road so we didn't have an opportunity to try the beer selection... So sad. 😞 We did enjoy the Fish and Chips served w a very tasty cole slaw. The fish was quite fresh and had a light batter. The salad with chicken was enjoyable too. Great service and vibe. If you're passing through Pueblo with... More

Fun brewery. Was the only one for a long time. Great food, atmosphere and fair pricing. Great staff! I haven't gotten beyond the fish and chips, and they were great. I did sample a couple of the house brews. Very good. Good place to hang with friends, dinner or even a solo lunch. Staff makes you feel like you are... More

Went to the Shamrock Brewing Co. for dinner with friends. The first thing I did was to get on the waiting list, as it is a busy place. It took a few minutes to get a table. Service was good as was the food. There are quiet a few choices for dinner. We each got something different and enjoyed what... More

Shamrock has done an awesome job of brewing some of the best beer in town. Lot's of great Irish atmosphere. And the food and service is some of the best you'll find.

We went to the Shamrock on a weekend. It's in downtown Pueblo which has had a revival. The Shamrock is an older building and has a bar side and a dining side. They have a masterful master brewer in Keith Hefley. We had salmon and shepherd pie, both of which were done to perfection. The service was some of the... More
