Nice Irish selection of Irish dishes and very nicely done in house brewing. My fish and chips were flaky, not greasy, and fresh. And an easy walk from the Downtown Courtyard.

We ate here in June when we stayed a few blocks away on vacation. We love beer so it was a must try. The beer was decent. Not the best I've ever had,but enjoyable. Ended up getting two growlers of the porter and the red ale. I ordered the corned beef which was a huge pile of meat! Husband had... More

The Irish stew was amazing! Since visiting Dublin and having an amazing lunch, we have been in search of something similar, and this one knocked it out of the park. The vegetarian boxty was a delicious treat, as well. And the beers!! Omg! Lyss was a great server. All in all it was a great dinner!

We had out-of-town guests and we stopped here for lunch. Two of us had the Beef Boxty and enjoyed it very much; one had a salad with chicken and one fish and chips. All appeared pleased and nobody left hungry. The Beef Boxty is a large potato pancake (like grilled mashed potatoes) filled with tender and plentiful pot roast...I enjoyed... More

I feel like I could have had just about anything on the menu and been very happy. I had fish and chips which was excellent, especially with malt vinegar, yum! But I also shared some corned beef which was excellent and saw a shepherd's pie and rye club sandwich which both looked excellent. I had their house lighter beer which... More

Half Irish pub brewery, half restaurant make the Shamrock Brewing Company a unique restaurant experience. Open since 1944 recently renovated this historic pub is the only brewpub in Colorado. Their Irish Porter was crisp and smooth going down. We were seated within minutes however it quickly filled up while we were enjoying dinner to about a 40 minute wait. Reservations... More

If you are traveling in the southern part of Colorado along the I-25 corridor you’ll notice that there are not too many options for eating that’s not of the fast food category. In fact, after Colorado Springs, there’s not much at all. The Shamrock Brewing Company is a wonderful break from the road. It is located only a few blocks... More

I have visited this restaurant twice. The first visit I had the shepard's pie which was mediocre in all honesty. I have had much better. The second visit, I had the fish and chips and it was probably the best I have had stateside. It was perfectly authentic an very tasty. The beer was great. I had a porter and... More

No one in my party cared for the shephard's pie...the sauce the meat was in had a definite beer taste. My daughter enjoyed her boxty though. The service was a little slow, but very friendly. One thing we found disappointing was the portion size of the Scotch eggs appetizer. It was 9 dollars, and consisted of four half eggs...TWO eggs... More
