Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. Incredible food, service, and beer

We went to the Shamrock on a weekend. It's in downtown Pueblo which has had a revival. The Shamrock is an older building and has a bar side and a dining side. They have a masterful master brewer in Keith Hefley. We had salmon and shepherd pie, both of which were done to perfection. The service was... read more

Great atmosphere, great beer, great service, and great food. The bartenders know their stock and can recommend the appropriate brew. The good hardy Irish food is a nice change from the local Mexican flavor. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. A really nice experience.

Formerly the Irish Pub, this updated eatery/bar still has Irish dishes on its extensive menu. Plenty of TV sets for sports viewing and a friendly atmosphere. It's downtown location directly across from the Arts Center makes it a great choice for dinner before local events.

love their food, always pleasant from the moment you walk in.....have never been treated badly and have been there many, many times. The only problem parking and it's really not their problem, Get there before noon or you won't find a parking place, not a bad position to be in....

Thank you for your nice comments and continued business. I know parking can be difficult at peak times but I wanted you to know that there is plenty of free parking at the Chamber of Commerce just 1/2 block east of Shamrock at Santa Fe and 3rd. Thanks again! More

In 2011-2012 Shamrock was good but not great. Mostly because for a microbrewery the beer was sort of lame. That's all changed recently with the hire of a new brewmaster. I LOVE their Porter and the other flavors are good too. Food quality seems much better also. Service is excellent. Same great atmosphere. Might be new management making the difference.... More

I've visited Pueblo on business several times over the last few years, and I've determined that the Shamrock is the best restaurant in town. The beer is good, not great... but the food is consistently great. The fish and chips is classic and not greasy. The salmon plate is excellent. Right now they have a seasonal double IPA which tastes... More
