Description: Located just two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and the Convention Center in the heart of Pueblo, Shamrock Brewing Company offers a distinct dining alternative. Equal parts Irish pub, brewery and restaurant make Shamrock Brewing Company a truly unique Pueblo Restaurant experience. We believe great beer, excellent food and good friends go hand in hand. The food is great, the beer world class and the CRAIC outstanding. CRAIC (Pronounced crack) means a fun, friendly and exuberant atmosphere.Whether it is business or pleasure Shamrock Brewing Company is the place to meet. Our antique mahogany bar is warm and inviting. We offer an extensive list of top shelf Irish and Scotch whiskeys, a good wine selection and specialty martinis and manhattans. If you are a sports fan don’t miss any of the action on our all HD system or enjoy a game of NTN Trivia or Texas Hold-em anytime. We serve weekend brunch, lunch, dinner, late night and have a children's menu.

I've visited Pueblo on business several times over the last few years, and I've determined that the Shamrock is the best restaurant in town. The beer is good, not great... but the food is consistently great. The fish and chips is classic and not greasy. The salmon plate is excellent. Right now they have a seasonal double IPA which tastes... More

On our way to Colorado Springs, saw this place on Trip Advisor. Decided to stop and eat here with the fam. It was great! Good food, good spirits, great atmosphere and exellent service. Plan to make this a regular stop from now on.

We stopped here for lunch. My wife had the Irish club and really enjoyed it. I had the Shepherds Pie and found it average, probably because they followed a non-traditional recipe using large slices of carrots and kidney beans. We also had the root beer which was subtle in flavor. We would go back but I would probably order something... More

I love the Tuesday night burger special - 2/$10! Great deal. Awesome burger. Start it off with some Irish nachos (potato slices with sour cream bacon and jalapeños). They have TVs with various channels all throughout the restaurant. They also trivia contests in the bar area. Be prepared for a small wait. It's a very busy place!

My wife and I have dined here several times; however never for Sunday Brunch. Our server was Sparky and she did a great job with drink refills. I had the Traditional Irish Breakfast and my wife had an Omelet...both meals were excellent. The traditional Irish Breakfast had bangers and mash, ham, two strips of thick cut bacon, and two egg... I've been to Shamrock now probably 10-15 times. Some things, such as the beer, are quite consistent and generally good for a smaller style brewery. Other things, such as kitchen management and service, are much more variable. I would estimate that on at least 5 occasions (apprx 30% of my experiences) the kitchen has been out of something that I... More

I am a Pueblo local and I love taking people to the Shamrock. The prices are reasonable and I've never had a bad experience with either service or the food. I highly recommend the chicken green chili mac and the scotch eggs.

Reviewers rave about the sandwiches here, so we should have ordered one, I guess. Husband had the Irish Pot Roast and said it was tough and too spicy. They offer no gluten-free choices except for salads and no gluten-free bread/buns at all. Server said they could do a Buffalo Burger with a lettuce wrap, so I ordered that. All they... More

The Shamrock Brewing Co. is a must stop if you're in the Pueblo area! I have made a point to go back every time I've been in town and have never been disappointed. I have tried various items on their menu, but I'd have to say that the Reuben is my favorite. Their corned beef is amazing. Overall, there is... More
