Nice friendly restaurant with good food and nice location. Try the potato soup and the slopper and very good cole slaw. This is a favorite with locals.

We love going to the Gold Dust, and they have great food. Sloppers, beer, peanuts... it doesn't get much better for a casual restaurant in Pueblo. I've heard to stay away from the veggie burger.

LOVE the Gold Dust! They have the best potato soup in town and you can't beat their lunch specials! Great service only adds to the delicious burgers, soups and fries! Location is perfectly located in the Historic Downtown Pueblo area and the inside has a charming warm vibe!

I have been here a few times and it is a lot of fun. Their theme is mining, so it is neat to see all that they have hanging on their walls and ceiling. They serve a mean slopper and well worth a try too!

I stopped by with my boyfriend and dad after a hike to get some of the famous sloppers and ordered an appetizer sampler platter as well. When the appetizer platter came out, it looked disappointing and tasted even more disappointing. The food was all frozen, low-quality stuff and tasted like it had just been thrown in the microwave. I was... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a young man at the Pueblo Welcome Center, especially for its hamburgers and "sloppers", which we had never heard about. There weren't too many restaurants available in the Old Downtown Pueblo area the Friday night we were there; so we saw it and decided to try it. The place was a little dark.... More

Ok, so if you've never been to Pueblo, then you probably don't know what a slopper is. Basicially, it's a cheeseburger covered in Pueblo green chile sauce. It is basically a heart attack on a plate, but it is worth the digression! Get it with french fries and forget that you are eating 1500 calories! Friendly service and has outdoor... More

VEry good location, easy parking, the server was awesome and I followed his idea of a slopper with green chile and fries.... THE BEST!! My son ate a chesseburger and he loved it too!! Very happy with the food, interesting way it is presented. I ate on the porch, people watching in a sunny afternoon. Good time!! :)

I like their Slopper and their Italian sausage sandwich. Cold beer and complimentary popcorn and peanuts. Just throw the nut shells on the floor it's okay!

Gold Dust offers burgers and fries, but the best part are the sloppers. They have delicious sides and their beers are served cold. Definitely recommend Gold Dust when you are in town.
