The Mill Stop has been around for decades and all the locals know about it. I highly recommend visitors enjoy some of the best... More

This is a must visit for the real Pueblo eating experience. A small restaurant, so you will probably have a short wait, but you will find the wait worth your while.

Look beyond the size and location for a great food experience. We stopped for lunch around 1PM. We were lucky the large lunch crowd somewhat dissipated. However, as most reviews stated there was a wait and the crowds kept coming. This place was filled with a continuous stream of locals, which is a very good sign. We were not disappointed.... More

You know the old saying you can tell how good the food is by the amount of people who are trying to get into a place. We'll that is the case here. Great food, good service but be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it. We have been many times and have enjoyed the food. They have great pueblo... More

Three of us went on a Friday night at 7:15 and sat at the counter to avoid standing in wait for a table. I ordered 2 cheese enchiladas and 1 pork and avocado burrito all with green sauce topped with some pico de gallo. The green sauce is a little bit spicy but delicious. The meals come with a sopapilla.... More

After driving around we finally found this place. Very disappointing closed on Sunday . However right up the street was Jorge sombrero, I would recommend this place any day of the week. Great food too.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The family that runs it is truly amazing; they make you feel like family! The atmosphere is great too; it's like an old school diner meets small café...love it! Thanks Mill Stop for great food and great service!!

One of the original restaurants in Pueblo. Down by the steel mill, (hence the name). Food was good, and dining in an old restaurant was neat.
