Lisa Enclade has the very best Cajun food outside of South Louisiana. BBQ shrimp, catfish lunch specials and to die for bread pudding. Highly recommend.

This place was a great accidental find but definitely was worth the stop. I had the shrimp jambalaya, a half of muffuletta and real brewed sweet tea. This is real New Orleans food. Lisa the owner is very friendly and engages with her customers! So be sure and stop in, you won't be disappointed.

First time here. Had the shrimp pough boy. It was great. Service was good. Pricing was pricey for lack of atmosphere.

I had been to this restaurant twice before and had oyster poboys. I thought they were pretty good, albeit not spectacular. The other night my wife and I met at Enclade's with several people to celebrate a friend's birthday. The service was ok. The food was not very good. The main problem was that the oysters had way too much... More

We always leave overstuffed! We have a hard time not ordering one of everything on the menu! My husband loves the muffaletas. I always get the shrimp poboy! Shrimp are big and there are plenty there! My family LOVES the Seafood Gumbo! This place hits the spot of home for us! We visit often! Service is fast and efficient! The... More

The catfish was excellent and the service was great. Our first time eating there, the gumbo was good too. We will be going back, a nice change of pace from the regular restaurants in Pueblo.

Overpriced. Poor quality. Not too friendly and messed up our order making us pay for selective hearing. I ate at a Cajun place in Denver that far outweighs this place. I will never eat there again.

The title really says it all. The service is fast and friendly, the food was delicious and the price was less than we expected. We had the fried catfish. The fish wasn't quite as flaky as I would have liked, but it was still delicious. The cole slaw was not drowned in dressing like it is at so many places.... More

If you like Cajun food you'll love this hole in the wall restaurant. Only 5 tables in downtown Pueblo. The food is really tasty. We both had gumbo, which was thick and delicious, and beignets for dessert. When we're in this area again, we will return.

Service, food and environment were all very good. It's not a fancy place but it has substance and is very authentic. It reminds me of the restaurants that locals prefer in New Orleans. I recommend this restaurant for those missing New Orleans or interested in Cajun cooking. The waitress/owner was absolutely lovely and my group enjoyed several different dishes.
