After asking for gluten free menu and requesting to speak with the chef, waitress said you need to talk to manager, who never came. We left after 15 minutes of waiting.

Ok its not Italy the food is good served up by friendly staff in a very clean comfortable atmosphere. Their salads are wonderful and they have nice light fare

Well, I tried one of the new menu entries...Rubber Chicken and Crab. It was not good an the chicken was really tough and had obviously been frozen for quite some time. My wife had the Salmon with Spinach Risotto and she thought it was okay. The lemon cello desert was not available, because it was still frozen.

Wow we four were split between new and time honored dishes that were all delicious. Two of us had the seafood Alfredo, I had the new item Mediterranean trout and my wife had the new lite fare item chicken Abruzzi. Boy, all the dishes were great. And of course their signature salad with bread sticks did not disappoint. I tried... More

After 6 long days on the road — I was in Pueblo and hungry so we decided to stop at the Olive Garden. We were told it would be a fifteen minute wait - so we went to the bar to get a drink and saw three free tables. We ordered our drinks and waited - no one buzzed us... More

I have been going to this Olive Garden restaurant for 3 years and it is just not up to par with other Olive Garden restaurants I have been to for the past 15 years. Service has been usually good at this restaurant over the years but the food has not always been good. My husband and were there at 11... More

Olive Garden is one of our favorite Italian restaurants (take that Jay Leno) and we are an Italian family. The Pueblo Olive Garden is one of the latest designs and it was very comfortable and efficient. We were on a raod trip when we stopped for lunch and we had the all-you-can-eat soup and salad. The service was excellent and... More

On Veteran's Day, I sampled one of their free dining options; I choose the Venetian Apricot Chicken with soup. This is my first review of this restaurant, but I have eaten here a number of times before. Apparently, the chefs/cooks have some latitude is preparing dishes. For example, on one dining outing the same soup was very salty; however this... More

Normally I would not write up a special event, however, the treatment I received as a veteran at the Olive Garden was above and beyond. I appreciate all restaurants that offer free or discounted meals for veterans, but that said, Olive Garden was particularly noteworthy. First the service was excellent. Second there was a special menu that gave you a... More

Jean and I stopped here for lunch (after getting a flat tire fixed). Service was excellent! The food was good and plentiful (even if we did share an entree). All of the staff were universally helpful and efficient! We will definitely be back when we have business in Pueblo.
