Usually great

Although they skimp on the salad dressing every single time, I do like this place. Consistently almost authentic. Pretty good service is hit or miss.

We do not eat at Olive Gardens on a regular basis, but it sounded good to us during our stay in Pueblo. We had an exceptional young lady as our waitress which always makes the experience better. We both tried the Tour of Italy dinners with different items. They were delicious, my hat was off to the chef as we... More

Stopped here for lunch when passing through Pueblo. I had not been to an Olive Garden for lunch in a very long time. The service was excellent and their lunch menu was exactly what I was looking for! The portion was perfect, a bowl of Pasta Fagioli (I could have had more, but was too full!), hot breadsticks and fried... More

My husband and I visited Olive Garden 4/29/2015 after a long day of driving and looking forward to a good meal. Our server was Ashley Tucker and she did an excellent job of taking care of us. She had a good wine suggestion, kept fresh and hot breadsticks on the table, and just made sure we had what we needed.during... More

After a long work day, I ate dinner at the Olive Garden in Pueblo. I started off with the classic green salad and breadsticks. I then had their Pappardelle Pescatore. It was composed of bay scallops (the small ones), five shrimp, and five clams. One of them had refused to open. I left it for the chef. Otherwise, a good... More

We went to Olive Garden with a gift card we received for our anniversary. I ordered the New York Strip steak medium. When the waiter brought it he said be careful the plate is hot. Well I accidently touched it while cutting my steak and burnt my wrist. Not only was the plate so very hot, the garlic mashed potatoes... More

We came with a group of about 20. They got our orders mixed up, completely forgot to enter two of the orders so they did not get food until the rest of us were done, twice messed up my order due to an allergy we told them about so finally I just said forget it and took it home for... More

We had my Mom's 80th Birthday party at the Olive Garden today and we also celebrated my sister's, my nieces's, and great niece's birthday at the same time. We took up two huge tables and stayed a looong time. The waitstaff was wonderful! They sang to each celebrant and treated us like they really liked having us there. They were... More

My husband's took me here for My birthday dinner. I had to ask for silverware after we received food. I asked waitress for water, never got it. Asked for a teaspoon for 1 year old grandchild's mac n cheese, was told you don't have them, he was given a soup spoon. Ordered dessert wasn't offered coffee. Received tarimisu frozen. I... More

I love the never ending pasta bowl idea. I also love the Soup, Salad and breadsticks for lunch. A lite meal that is inexpensive for a person on a fixed income. Always able to get good seats.
