Try the Eggplant Dishes

I had a spicy chicken and eggplant dish with garlic sauce. It was one of the best dishes I have had in a Chinese restaurant in a long time. My friend had a combo dish with eggplant as well. It was superb. The hot and sour soup also very good. I have had sesame chicken here in the past, also... read more

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. You can get better egg rolls from your grocery freezer. My chicken w/broccoli was horrible! Chicken was dry and the broccoli tasteless. It tasted like they had reheated it from lunch. I don't know what sauce they use but it left a weird after taste. My husband had the Chef's... More

This restaurant has been open about 5 years and does a good business both dine-in and take-out. Virtually all dishes are prepared to order and served piping hot. Lunch specials are offered daily from 11 Am to 3 PM and include choice of soups, egg roll, entree and rice. Dinners are almost all priced below $11.00 except for a few... More

Quite possibly the worst chinese food I've ever had (to throw in the trash). The delivery was timely but I wish the car had broken down and they didn't make it to the house. The beef sticks were like jerky, only saltier. I think the brown slivers of something? were supposed to be chicken in the chic fried rice. The... More

This is a very surprising place to find such very good chinese cuisine!! A small, but city-like town in which is one of the best chefs of chinese in the West! It is actually located in Falcon, CO, the address just happens to be Peyton. If you're ever in Colorado Springs, CO, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, or that area you must... More

Clean but not real friendly neighborhood restaurant, depending on who served you. Some servers friendly and smile while others make you feel like you are bothering them. Probably explains the always long to go line. Food is very good and a good value got your buck, but we have decided to go is the only way!

Being a local Falcon citizen, we used to eat here at least once a month. The service has never been very good. They don't like any deviations from their menu. Anytime we'd add something to the dinner meal, they were always so surprised and a little argumentative about the change and tell us it would cost more. Of course, this... More

The first time I ate here the Egg Foo Young was very good. The egg rolls could stand some improving. The second time I got Egg Foo Young it was not too good. It should have been called Egg Foo Brick. It was extremely dense and heavy. They had used rice for a filler in the Egg Foo Young. I... More

I don't eat a lot of Chinese but my family loves it so I get stuck with it a lot more than I want to. However I do like this place its pretty good. Service here is fast and very friendly. They are always on top of refills, matter of fact my glass never gets half empty.

Everything is good, but the chef has two unpublished specialties. The Egg Foo Young is the best I've had anywhere. Not just Falcon, not just Colorado... but ANYWHERE. His other specialty is anything with Pan Fried Noodles. These are two of the best dishes on the menu, but everything is very, very good. FYI .. the Egg Foo Young is... More
