The food here is absolutely amazing! The chefs are just incredible!! You will not have a disappointing meal here. Some of it can be pricey, but it is well worth it. You have many dishes to choose from and the Sunday buffet is to die for.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. There were quite a few choices on the menu, my Bison Burger was delicious, and the waitress patiently did her best to make our dining experience enjoyable.

Weekday lunch. One other couple in the cavernous room. Good service. Chili not too spicey, quiche good. Breaded swordfish and slaw sandwich was good, although the fish itself was mushy and probably had been frozen. Restaurant potato chips were excellent, although salty. All said, a satisfactory lunch, but not consistent with its cost.

I've eaten at the MoZaic a few times before. Their brunch is highly advertised so my family went for that on a Sunday. We went late in the service period and the food was sadly depleted and weary looking (and tasting). It was disappointing. We tried it again and went early in the service period - the food was merely... More

My husband and I visited last Saturday for lunch while out on a day drive. We have heard about this place but had never visited. We arrived around 11:30, parking lot was not crowded so was not sure if they were open for lunch. Checked and thankfully they were. Our server was Ashley who was outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable of... More

Having virtually stumbled into the adjoining lodging accommodations (The Inn at Palmer Divide), we were very pleasantly surprised about the quality and service of the restaurant -- Mozaic. We had two meals while staying at The Inn -- an outstanding Friday evening dinner and one of the "MOST" impressive Sunday Brunches I've ever seen. The bar, tended by Gary, was... More

First let me say this is not the first, second or even third time we have been here. But it was important to have a nice meal for our family from out of town. Admitted we had a party of 12, but had called in a reservation 3 months in advance. Let me state our server was great and the... More

We go to Mozaic for brunch occasionally. The last time was quite exceptional. I'm not big on the breakfast items, but if you like breakfast you can't miss with their made to order omelets and waffles. On this occasion their soup/stew offering was green chili. Oh my. I loved it. Not wimpy. It had good heat. Baked brie with raspberry.... More
