Not a big selection, but there is is done well.Nice decor with the feeling of locals but welcoming. When in in doubt, keep it simple, stupid. Was there before August of '13, but that's the furthest back I could go and couldn't leave it blank.

There are not many choices in Palisade but I would drive some distance for their french fries. Hot and slightly seasoned. The cole slaw was good as well. All very home made. Had tacos. Good but the fish taco was made with some encrusted fish. A good place to stop on a hot day.

In the middle of the farmers' market is this cafe. We found it cool and comforting with the wooden furniture on a hot day. Service was friendly and efficient and correct! Good comfort food service with a smile. We sat in the table at the window and watched the goings on at the market. The sweet potato french fries were... More

Seriously dissatisfied. Do not order the BLT, only 2 slices of bacon. The Jive Turkey was bland and boring. Clean establishment but not worthy of your money. I left unhappy.

Needed a bite after wine tasting and stopped in for lunch. Staff were friendly, food was tasty. The club sandwich and fries were excellent!

This restaurant is in one of the rustic old buildings nest to the brick building which housed the old movie theater, and near the historic train depot. The floors are of aged hardwood. The atmosphere is really nice and comfortable. The food here is always slightly different than at other places and so very delicious. The prices are reasonable. The... More

Can get a quick bite to offset all the wine tasting, rest a bit to get ready for more. Good service, decent food. Busy little spot in a small town. Always like to support local businesses when travelling and this one was pretty darn good!!

We stopped in one afternoon for a bite and a break from local touring and tasting. We found the Palisade Cafe and Grill a bit off of peak rush time, and the opportunity to interact with the staff was enjoyable. We tried a couple of sandwiches that really hit the spot. We loved the whole grain bread from the Slice... More
