Stoped in for lunch a few weeks ago and the place was packed. Had a beer at the bar and waited on an outside table, took half the time we thought. Lots of daily specials, the fish tacos and roast beef sandwich were great, fun friendly staff.

While on a ski trip to Wolf Creek, girls took a day off to enjoy Pagosa Springs. We choose Kips for our lunch. Best meal if our entire trip. I stepped outside of my box and had the fish tacos. They were amazing and the cilantro sauce was fabulous. Wish I had taken a photo of the bottle, as they... More

Had dinner here at the suggestion of a friend who loves the place. Service attentive and they were really busy. The food was good enough, not exceptional. Not impressed at all with the atmosphere, indoor or outdoor. It really is a bar with good food. Just not into the bar scene that evening I guess. Worth a visit but go... More

Kips is a local hangout on main street that is full every night and on Friday night, it looked like mainly locals (off season in September), but the place was still full. They have lots of waiters who are very quick to help. The fish tacos were the draw we had been told about and they were good, but not... More

If you want to feel home fast..... just go to Kips. All the servers, the owner greet the guests during their food experience. Inside or outside eating always provides great ambiance for a fun meal. The fish and pork tacos are my favorite. Experience very fresh and tasty salsa for your tacos.

We stopped by Kip's late one afternoon. We just wanted something light to eat, and the waitress suggested the black bean nachos. Boy were they good. The plate was piled high with chips, queso, lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo. They were the best nachos I have ever had. Our waitress was also very friendly and... Quickly seated. Order taken immediately. Kids quesadilla was out in about 5 minutes. Wife and I had some beers, chips, salsa. She had veggie tacos which were great! I had pork tacos that were more like enchiladas, which were good as well. Outdoor seating was awesome and comfortable. Total bill was less than $50 for family of 4. We will... More

We ate here on the recommendation of the property owner we rented from. We waited just a bit for a table big enough to accomodate us, but it did not take long. The waitress was very personable and the food/drinks were delicious. (We all had the mexican food and margaritas.) We ate on the patio which was nice. The restaurant... More

Casual atmosphere with great food. I'm a local and enjoy coming here whenever I can. I have tried several things on the menu and have never been dissapointed. Each dish is unique to them and full of flavor. Love eating out on their patio in the summer when the weather is nice.
