Our "Must go To" when in Pagosa!

Tiny little place with tons of character and excellent food. The tacos are great, all of 'em! This place is BUSY so get there early or v west a heavy coat on the winter because you may have to wait outside until you're seated!

It was small inside. Kinda crowded. Food was okay. The queso was interesting but tasty. The soup, roasted red pepper tomato bisque was good. The green chili soup tasted like the queso with a lot of cheese. The habanero was very hot even for this Texas boy. The white ranch sauce was excellent. The #9 and #1 was excellent. Would... More

The atmosphere was perfect for what I wanted, I was travelling solo and am an skiier. The food was very cheap yet high quality. I would recommend to anyone travelling to this area who is looking for a casual dining/drinking experience.

I had a great elk burger with an IPA to wash it down. It's a young crowd and often crowded, but the food and beer are worth it.

I always look for a hotel that is cheap and close to a highly rated restaurant. Kip's was recommended online and by the hotel clerk. I walked over and found a smallest place (bigger when they can use their patio) that had a pretty nice bar ambience (it wasn't dark enough to rate to highly in this area). The customers... More

Will definitely be back to try other menu items! I ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and my husband had the burger smothered in green chile. Both were very good! Good price, good portions. And, they have 3 different housemade sauces. I tried all three on my tacos and they were all very tasty. Can't wait to return.

Skiers and borders love to go to this place for après ski. Personally I find It very small and the décor is a bit tired, but the staff are friendly and the food is good (considering the tiny size of the kitchen) but there are no French fries available with the burgers, just a bag of chips. The fresh Chile... More

Stopped in for dinner with my family while passing through Pagosa. My wife and I had the pulled pork tacos. Three large tacos that tasted great. My kids opted for the 1/4 pound burgers and loved them. Good value to. $2 PBR pints as well. Will be back if I'm ever here again

We got a recommendation for our concierge to try this place. Was a great suggestion. We had the pilewisky and the barbacoa chipotle tacos. The homemade chipotle barbecue sauce and the yogurt cilantro sauce were highlights. They are also available to purchase to take home. Also had the bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese. Not to spicy and very... More
