We went to dinner at this location. We had just a little wait. We were seated. Had a great waitress. Ordered steak which came with a salad bar. Salad bar was basic but good. The steak we ordered was a little tough but good non the less. Price was reasonable. I will return.

This restaurant came highly recommended so when our food was not quite as expected we were disappointed. To be fair it very well may have been the late hour as we did arrive shortly before closing. My husband's baby back ribs were dry and crunchy. My filet was a very nice piece of meat tender and juicy but lacked flavor.... More

We went here after our second day of skiing looking for a great steak and baked potato. Nothing too fancy. This fit the bill. The rib eye and prime rib were perfectly prepared and portions were generous. Prices were surprisingly reasonable! All round great experience.

We always make a point to stop at Boss Hogg's when we visit The Springs Resort. On a two- day weekend we sometimes eat there three times, lunch on the way into town, dinner that night and lunch on the way out of town The service is always great. The prices are unbeleavably reasonable. The food quality is outstanding and... More

This was a nice clean restaurant. The food runs from $7 (hamburger) to $25. They have a prime rib early bird special from 4 to 6 for $13. Adding the salad bar is an additional $4. The prime rib was good. I had a delmonico ribeye. This steak was prepared to the right temperature (rare/medium rare); however, it was only... More

We have been to this restaurant several times when visiting Pagosa Springs. The food and service are great. Call ahead and get your name on the list, there is always a wait but it is worth it.

Went in on Sunday night at 5:00 and had to wait 15 minutes because they were so busy. Service was good and food was hot when served. Nice salad bar.

Stop here after touring Mesa Verde Park. We were greeted right away and seated in a quiet area just left of the entrance. Waitress was quick to arrive and took our drink order. The beer was cold, So that was a good start. I ordered the early bird prime rib that came with one side and veggies. I also ordered... More

A visit to the area is not complete without at least one meal at Boss Hogg's. Very big selection of meals and the price is good. Have never had bad service, even when very busy (like it was this time). Friendly, attentive employees and very good food.
