Nice venue but inattentive service and pulled pork is chunky pork?!

Our visit was disappointing. While seated promptly at lunch, server was slow in getting to us. After drink order, margarita was not served until after entrees delivered and only after asking. Server only had two straws and we had to get up to go ask for more. The pulled pork sandwich had three... read more

There were 4 of us travelling together. Each with a different hunger cravings. This was the choice of restaurants that served a variety on the menu. We all ordered different meals. We were all equally satisfied with our choices. My burger was perfect, med rare with all the fixins big and juicy! Wait staff was attentive, friendly and on the... More

Let me start by saying we are locals and have been going to this restaurant for many years. Salad bar was served with a very small plate ( about 4 inches a cross) when it use to be a salad plate. I ordered a Philly Cheese with no bell pepper. The meat, cheese and onions it was about 1/4 inch... More

A group of us celebrated a Birthday party there after reading some of the reviews we were a bit apprehensive but decided to try it. Well the Alfredo was bland and watery. Beef fajitas dry, steak no flavor only thing I can say is good is the salad bar.

We are locals and USE to frequent this restaurant alot. They recently did a revamping of their menu and policies and to me not in a good way. You used to get small loaf of bread with your meal, not anymore. Most meals used to come with the salad bar; now you get a small salad plate and cannot get... More

spring break with the family. We had to wait even though ther were tables. The poor bus boy was all by himself and clearly not feeling well. The hostess was not sure of anything, had to check on wait time. Our server although friendly was super busy. Had to come back to the table to alter our menu due to... More

Wonderful BBQ. When I went, it was pretty crowded. Being alone, I sat at the bar and had a great conversation with one of the locals. I'd go back.

The title says it all!! The salad bar is great but the steak is sub par, chicken fried steak must have been from cysco and nuked in the microwave, and the blackened salmon was OK. Prepare to be disappointed!

Let me start by saying that Boss Hoggs has the reputation of being THE best restaurant in Pagosa to tourists. You can go anywhere and if someone has been to Pagosa, the first thing they mention is this restaurant. It was our family's choice when we wanted a decent dinner for the past 2 years. In fact our first vacation... More

Don't bother going here!!.....salad bar was the best thing we had.....chicken fried steak was obviously frozen.....tasted fine, but not restaurant quality for price....out of mashed potatoes, and baked potato not the best.....husband got steak/fried fish special......fish once again was obviously frozen.....we had trouble finding good food in Pagosa Springs, but this was definitely one of the worst......get the same quality...
