Went in on Sunday night at 5:00 and had to wait 15 minutes because they were so busy. Service was good and food was hot when served. Nice salad bar.

Stop here after touring Mesa Verde Park. We were greeted right away and seated in a quiet area just left of the entrance. Waitress was quick to arrive and took our drink order. The beer was cold, So that was a good start. I ordered the early bird prime rib that came with one side and veggies. I also ordered... More

A visit to the area is not complete without at least one meal at Boss Hogg's. Very big selection of meals and the price is good. Have never had bad service, even when very busy (like it was this time). Friendly, attentive employees and very good food.

I had a pulled pork with sweet potato fries-both good as was the barbecue sauce; also had the special $3.00 Margarita-it was really good and you could taste the alcohol; service was attentive but not intrusive, food and drink came fast. Front staff were friendly and gave good service.

Clerk at hotel recommended I eat here after he looked me over head to foot. Was told 25 to 30 minute wait, unless I could find place in the bar. Asked bartender if she would make a recommendation, it was huge and very good, had fantastic visit with a local sitting next to me. They are not pushy and kept... More

Recommended by our hotel, we went to this place on a Tuesday evening. The host did not even look up when guests approached the desk. We waited 20 min for a table. Not bad, but the worst service at the table I have ever seen, My dinner was not even close to OK and the waitress never even came back... More

This place was recommended by the desk clerk at our hotel. We had to wait a few minutes for a table but that wasn't unexpected for a Friday night, and we met some nice local folks in the meantime. It was worth the wait! Jason, our server, took great care of us--he was friendly and energetic, and attentive without hovering,... More

....I often eat here. Kind of a western atmosphere with wood decor. Booths, tables, and a pretty good salad bar. The meat (ribs, steaks, BBQ etc) has always been good for me. A bar in the rear. Just meat, the salad bar, and maybe a beer or glass of wine have always been good for me here. Medium priced.

Super place to eat! Great wait staff, enjoyed the food, fine prices. We went on an overnight trip to Pagosa Springs and the guy at the front desk of the hotel recommended Boss Hogg's as a great choice and he was so right! The place was a bit crowded for a weeknight, probably popular with locals and visitors, if I... More

We were referred to this restaurant bc of the prime sandwich. They were out. We got Philly cheesesteak, large portion, tender meat but underseasoned. Fajita wrap was huge and also could have used a little more seasoning. Service was good. Would probably go back and try something else.
