We came here while on a trip to Pagosa Springs. We were very impressed with the choices and the bakery items. The frozen drinks and hot drinks were both really good! They also have some yummy cookies, one of which was a chocolate chip with walnuts made with vanilla pudding. They have several other choices and even serve breakfast and... More

We love this place! After getting coffee here last summer, we decided to try it again this trip. We loved it so much we went back four mornings in a row! Wonderful coffee selection and our kids loved the frozen hot chocolate. Amazing, huge breakfast burritos and other delicious treats like scones and coffee cake. I can't say enough about... More

Lunch time in Pagosa Springs, just passing through, and no idea where to get something "not to heavy". My wife and I were really glad we stopped. The staff was super-friendly. You could tell the locals really liked hanging out here. The food was well prepared, tasty, and served in a prompt but relaxed manner. My favorite was the excellent... More

After a couple of visits to Boulder Coffee Cafe on trips to or through Pagosa Springs, I think it's safe to say this town with limited coffee shop options provides a mixed bag of satisfaction at Boulder Coffee Cafe. How it goes depends greatly on who serves you — and they've got some great staff with great attitudes, and some... More

This is one of a number of Coffee Shops in Pagosa and is on the higher end of the price scale. Having said that the food is excellent and the soups home made and flavorful and well worth visiting for those alone. The menu is varied and has lots of choice especially when it comes to sandwiches. The staff are... More

I stopped in for coffee and picked up a corn muffin fresh out of the oven delicious! I bought a chocolate chip cookie for later and it was equally yummy. I would definitely stop there again

We really enjoyed the food and people at Boulder Cafe. They let you select the ingredients for your sandwich and the pancakes have fresh berries. It is one of the best places to eat in Pagosa. The people are warm and really make you feel at home.

We visited Boulder twice during a recent stay in PS. Coffees were delicious as were the breakfast sandwiches. Scrumptious looking baked items were also offered to include bagels, but I regret not going for that slice of German chocolate cake that kept tempting me!

Came in for coffee and a burrito.... wish I had passed. Took 45 minutes minutes to get a burrito heated in a microwave... coffee was out in 2 containers... cool in the oters. Everyone seemed to be having trouble with their orders. There were 6 people behind the counter working and it was chaos. Locals were served faster than out... More
