Not your local Starbucks

Nice family owned coffee shop a break from the run of the mill chain shops.. Gave was great and they let me sample each one before I made my finally choice. Self Serve on the coffee. Plenty of tables for those having a meal which they will bring out to you. I would like to see a few more areas... read more

Great, funky, place with delightful cooks/baristas/servers. Good coffee and comfortable place to hang. Had their southwestern soup which was so unexpectedly good, I had to ask how to make it. Would definitely visit again and again if in the area.

Stopped in here to break up a drive. Just got iced coffees but we were sad that we were still full from breakfast as the food looked really good.We managed to find space for a vanilla pudding chocolate chip cookie. Yum! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet.

Coffee, smoothies, and huge cinnamon rolls were spectacular! The staff was super friendly and attentive. This is definitely a place our family would go to again.

You could not ask for a better local coffee shop! I have lived in Pagosa for 6 months and visit this shop almost every day! The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable! I have been to every shop in town but I go here because of the friendliness the owners and their... More

We can for the cinnamon rolls!.....and spent $20. The mocha and chai were good, as you'd expect. But the cinnamon rolls were exceptional! They were huge with glazed walnuts and icing. There is pleating of seating, reading materials, and board games. Although the cafe is a few minutes outside of town, it is worth the short trip.

I love this place, they let me customize my breakfast sandwich to my taste buds ( I wanted to add a fried egg to it...no problem) and they listened to exactly how I wanted my latte and they nailed it. Great atmosphere and friendly people.

Being a business owner myself, I love supporting local independent businesses. Walking into this place was a HUGE mistake!!! THIS PLACE WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! Save your money! Better yet don't waste your time! There was a mother and her two daughters ahead of us and we ended up waiting for 50 MINUTES to get our order!!! They served 9 people... More

Hi Brenda, Thank you for coming into Boulder Coffee Café during our busiest season. This week, Pagosa Springs welcomed many out of town guests who love to come to enjoy the holiday. We ~ like all coffee shops and restaurants~ are filled to over occupancy and try to make everyone feel at home. I honestly don't think any of our... More

Fresh roasted, delicious coffee awaits you here. I sampled the 4 they had on tap and they were all delicious, my favorite was the morning blend. Nothing burnt or over roasted here! The owners were working and very friendly! The place has a local vibe to it and plenty of seating and things to do while you enjoy your coffee... More
