Ajia is one of our regular stops. We go skiing at Wolf Creek pretty much at least once every year and eat at Ajia every time. The food is consistent and my wife especially likes the curry beef. The recipes are very original and isn't typical of what you would get in a lot of corner take out Chinese food... More

It was a cold night and we were looking for a nice warm meal. Ajia was recommended to us and it sounded great. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointment. The server was nice and attentive but the food was of poor quality. The fried rice appeared and tasted as if it was scraped from the bottom of the pan at... More

Excellent Thai chili noodle salad ! Everything was very very fresh and the waitress very sweet. We would definitely go back and the waitress was very knowledgable about the area and where to find things.

No one in my family really liked what they ordered except my son,who had the orange chicken dish. I ordered the Singapore noodles and I did not care for the strong curry flavor. I really wanted to like this place because the staff was very friendly. The interior decor and seating is very nice. Don't think we would comeback here.

We visit Pagosa Springs rings several times a year, we have tried many new restaurants. This is certainly one of the BEST kept secrets in PS. The food is Fantastic, the service is god and Friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Pagosa Springs.

Charlene and John are the best hosts - we always feel welcome and Charlene always makes us feel like part of their family. We were very grateful for the tasty soups and curries on our last visit, when it rained and got chilly.

We have been to Ajia three years in a row when we visit Pagosa Springs. The food is as good as Asian food restaurants we have been to in bigger cities. The ingredients are always fresh and the recipes are a good combination of inventive and traditional. The service is always prompt, and we never have to to wait long... More

This restaurant is owned by James (chef) and Charlene, with great support from a professional and pleasant waitress named Carol. They owned it years ago and then sold it, to people who ran it into the ground. It is great to have them back, with their pleasant, old-fashioned charm (a welcoming bow from James is not uncommon). The food is... More

The food wasn't awful but it was tasteless. Tom Kah Gai was a good sized portion and had mushrooms, bamboo shoots and lots of tender chicken. That said, it still had no flavor. There was no hint of lemongrass and while I found a slice of (what I believe to have been)ginger in my soup, there was no flavor from... More

We eat various Asian cuisines frequently, and are pretty easy to please. The Thai dishes we tasted at this restaurant were terrible. In particular, the Thai Fried Rice was almost inedible. The ginger pork was also mediocre at best.
