....This place is always crowded! The lunches are superb, the muffins and all the baked goods are wonderful!!! It's a small place, but VERY, VERY good! The service is always done with a smile; and if you are a local, they know you!!!! If you are driving through, stop in. Oh, yeah --- the coffe is wonderful!!!

Coffee was okay, you get a discount if you bring your own mug. You have to bus your own table here. Scone was good, except missing the cream and jam. Not sure what that was about!

the green chili is yum; I esp like the lentil salad and of course: ALL the sweet stuff !! Comfy 'atmosphere' and usually a local newspaper to read too:)

This is a neat bakery with solid food and drinks. Prices are reasonable, but the seating was wobbly and needs to be updated. But if you're hungry you won't be disappointed!

We love visiting Pagosa Baking Co. when we are in town. Their baked goods are all excellent and you can't beat their cafe mocha! The service is great and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect for a quaint little small town cafe.

Guess it was the fact that I had read all the Trip Advisor reviews that gave them their #1 ranking for Restaurants in Pagosa Springs and had pretty high expectations. We stopped in on our way out of town this past Monday morning and their bakers apparently have the day off on Mondays. We weren't overly impressed with anything we... More

Their cookies are so good! I had a breakfast croissant this time, absolutely delicious. We always eat her when in town. Eating area especially in mornings is always full.

Pagosa Baking Company has steadily improved over the years. On my most recent visit, my wife and I needed to supply ourselves and two teens still asleep in the hotel with a hearty breakfast. We made a good choice. Excellent grilled cheese, savory and sweet croissants, and rocking green chile. There was competition for green chile on the breakfast burrito.... More

Giant breakfast burritos, delicious paninis, excellent quiche. We stopped in for lunch on Christmas Day. We had a large group, but the staff was affable and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate. The food was delicious and the coffee fresh. Highly recommend. Merry Christmas!
