Fresh and excellent

The portobello mushroom sandwich was perfect and the side salad was tasty and plentiful. Everything was freshly made and the wait was not long. Friendly staff.

It was a nice stop for breakfast while walking Pagosa Springs. Very busy. Split a breakfast burrito and had cookies. Not much of a pastry selection for a bakery. Breads looked good but we were traveling and not the time to purchase loafs of bread.

Let me start by saying this place was adorable. And even with a long line, all the employees were upbeat and friendly. My average rating is purely based on the fact that it's the most basic breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Fresh bread, but otherwise super bland, I honestly tasted nothing, even with the raw white onions sprinkled on. The... More

Friendly and delicious! Busy place but standing in line isn't tedious because there's lots of goodies to consider.

Great way to start the day with coffee and anything in the bakery case...it's all yummy. My favorites are the cinnamon rolls and the stuffed croissants.

We stopped here for a quick breakfast and had a god experience. We had regular coffee 9available by self-service) as well as specialty coffees and all were excellent. We also had several pastries including an outstanding ham and cheese croissant. As noted by another reviewer there are no loaves of bread on Monday.

This is what a bakery should be. The smells are so strong, everything is so fresh, and the sweets at simply decadent. You can't go wrong with anything in this shop!

It is Monday and can were meeting friends for lunch in Pagosa Springs. Some friends asked us to stop in and get them some bread. We stopped by and there was a sign that said " no bread today" and another that said " No Baker today". There was almost no bakery items in the glass shelves. The friends we... More

Hi and thanks for your review. I'm sorry you were disappointed about not finding bread on your Monday visit. Our sourdough breads require a several day time intensive process, and our bread baker is highly skilled. We've chosen to not have fresh bread on Mondays to accommodate a day off for him. while visiting downtown Pagosa Springs we decided to stop and have lunch at the Bakery. The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful. The sandwiches and pastries were delicious.
