Had the red pepper, green chili quiche which was excellent with a flaky crust. Had a couple of different muffins which were both good and husband's cinnamon roll was excellent. Be sure and stop in if you enjoy excellent baked goods.

This is the 2nd time we have visited this place and each time was great! The first was for breakfast and I must admit, the girls dug it more than I did, it was a bit more "healthy" than I like to eat for breakfast. Definitely a healthy, good for you Coloradoian place to eat! The best part for me... More

My daughter and I were traveling through beautiful Colorado and stopped here on our road trip. What a great place to eat. Great bakery items and sandwiches and salads. I had a tuna sandwich and a salad and she had a salad. We took a cookie each to continue on our trip. Yummy! The staff were pretty great, too!! I... More

Cute little house turned coffee shop/bakery. Amazing food - simply delicious! Friendly owners too. Can be very busy at times & there aren't a lot of tables, but oh so worth it.

Stopped in for a coffee and pastries. Delicious! Hubby and daughter had apple pie which they loved and I tried the cinnamon roll. Would probably have tasted better warmed up, but it was good. Also got an espresso pecan bar for later which was delicious!

Stopped in for brunch and found that they had Ham & Cheese Baguettes as the special for the day, made just as they do in France! Everything was fresh and delicious :) Definitely need to return soon!

Vegan and gluten free options. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, muffins, cookies, quiche, PIE, scones and so much more. Pagosa is a tourist town and unfortunately some of the locals forget that tourist don't know how things are done. Service behind the counter was a bit snooty each of the 3 times I visited that week. Excuse me, I thought you wanted... More

We visited the PBC several times during our stay in Pagosa. The welcome from the staff was always warm and friendly. It is often busy as the locals use it a lot. We had great coffee and cakes along with takeaway sandwiches one day for lunch. Well worth a visit, but be prepared to wait a bit as it can... More

This is a bakery that serves lunch. Lots of locals were doing take-out. We had the Chicken Paninis (the chicken was dry so we requested and added mayo). They came with a side salad with various toppings (one had beets and the other quinoa) which was interesting.
