This is a great choice for breakfast if it's a burrito, quiche, or muffins and some pastries or toast. The coffee is great, the staff is always friendly and fun, they also have free internet. This is also a "local" kind of place and one you don't want to miss if you're in Pagosa for more than a day or... More

We travel all over in our motor home and a few days ago we found Pagosa Baking. We had a wonderful lunch and the baked items like the apple pie were all of excellent quality. It is a long way from home but we will stop by this shop again as soon as we can.

Wonderful food and baked goods; even has a few gluten-free items. Sandwiches and salads, too. It is a bit small, but be patient, it's worth the wait.

This bakery makes fantastic bread but their food tops it! Smother anything you can in their homemade green chili with chicken! Our kids loved the food just as much as we did. A tip is to half the breakfast burritos. Plenty for two!

We had mid-morning coffee and pastries here, and I was having second thoughts about the breakfast I had down the street when I noticed the quiche and salad another couple was having. Pie was rich with home-made cruse, scones were unique in flavors (ever had a cranberry pecan scone before?) and even the smaller rolls were delightful. Come to this... More

Best coffee around, delicious, fresh baked goods, huge breakfast burritos. If we hadn't gone every morning I would have had a tantrum. Go early, things go fast there

Chili is a red sauce with tomatoes and meat. Chile refers to the hot pepper most notably grown in New Mexico. We stopped by here on the way out of town for a tasty little breakfast. This is a place that used to be a home and has been modified into a restaurant. Very homestyle feeling. We shared a quiche,... More

Decent enough breakfast place. But the coffee drinks were not good. The lattes were bitter and tasted burnt.

Bummer, sorry you found the espresso drinks bitter. We do use 2 shots in all our drinks unless requested otherwise. Any chance we forgot to tell you that and you ended up with a stronger drink than you are used to? I will check our roast and our grind. Happily I also get to test 2 shots of espresso for... More
