We went there for breakfast. I dicided to order something a little differant. I ordered a stuffed sopapillia which had about 3 eggs and bacon, covered with green chili gravey. It also came with hashbrowns, which were ok and whole beans(plain pinto beans). The sopapillia with green chili gravey was excellant.

We went to this diner for lunch - very popular and crowded with locals. The food was homemade and the portions very large.

Went for lunch and would go back again. Service was good and the food tasted great. It looks like the locals frequent the place and I can see why. Would be a regular customer if we lived in the area.

I had the kings burger...it was huge! Came with cheese, roasted green chile and good side of guacamole. It was so big, I had to eat with knife and fork! It came with a huge basket of thick steak fries that could have served several people. My husband and I could have easily split the whole thing! @9.00...we ate at... More

We came to Cafe Colorado at the suggestion of a friend. They were about to close but seated us anyway. The staff were very nice. They told us to take our time. We had lunch and every one of us had great food. Delicious! Our waitress was on it: our glasses were never empty and she made sure we had... More

Cafe Colorado's downtown Pagosa Springs location is perfect! The storefront is right out of the old west, and the restaurant itself smacks of local history with lots of historic photographs on the walls. But the reason to come is the FOOD! There is no better place to load up with a hearty breakfast before hitting the slopes of Wolf Creek.... More

Good place for breakfast or lunch if you are looking for all - American fare at a good price. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is casual. They make a tasty green chili.

By far one of the best breakfast stops we have made on any vacation!!! The place is small and always packed!! The service is fast and the food is outstanding! The locals all eat here and that is always a good sign!!!

Went for lunch and enjoyed it. We would probably go back if we are in the area again. My wife had a burger and I had a burrito. Both tasted very good.

We had a wonderful lunch here based on the recommendation of our realtor. We were not disappointed. Bright, sunny venue with excellent waitstaff. Good variety on the menu and the food was delivered quickly, hot and very good. Although we did not have breakfast, we understand it is "famous" for its amazing breakfasts.
