Great atmosphere in a resturant that has been in Ouray since the early part of the town history. Food was well prepared. Service was a bit slow, but it was Christmas eve and they had a full house. more

Given the high priced menu, we expected very fine dining. The service was fine, but the prime rib was chewy and the spinach pasta was nasty. This was our big splurge night for Ouray, and we were disappointed. more

we have eaten here many times, always consistently excellent food, beef wellington is the best, seasonal dishes like scallops and salmon are always mouth watering. The chef Tim really knows his craft. Very good wine pairings and deserts. Be sure to try the sunday brunch! more

I go to Ouray every summer to visit the beautiful mountain town, and I always make sure to eat at the Bon Ton for dinner. This last visit I had recently was just as amazing as the last. Our waitress was very polite and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. The food that we had was delicious. We... more

We ate at the Bon Ton during our stay in Ouray. Disappointed by the food that we had in Ouray at different establishments, we figured we couldn't lose at the Bon Ton. We were seated immediately and our server was very efficient. We had the salmon special (which I believe was local salmon) and the eggplant parm. Both dishes were... more

We a family of four, consiting of a 10 year old, 13 year old, and two 50-year old parents. In other words we have a wide disparity on our dinning objectives. Bon Ton completely met my kids needs for simple good tasting food, and my wife's and my needs for quality and complex flavors. My kids enjoyed Caesar salad starters,... more

We visit Ouray every 2 to 3 years and always loved the Bon Ton. However, we were disappointed this last visit. It was very busy on a week night in Oct. With reservations, we were seated promptly. However, we waited 45 minutes to even get our salads. The waitress said she was holding the salad so that our main courses... more

On the advice of two couples in Durango, we spent the night in Ouray at the St. Elmo and ate at Bon Ton. Our experience was the complete opposite of the review posted in Dec. The Grilled Tuscan Chicken was the finest chicken dish I've ever eaten-perfectly cooked chicken with roasted red peppers in a creamy garlic sauce. My wife... more

My wife and I had dinner here last week and came away disappointed. She had the salmon, which was somewhat ordinary but far over-priced at $32. A salmon dinner should not cost that much anywhere, let alone in Ouray, Colorado. We've had better salmon dinners for half that price. I had a pasta dish which was also pretty ordinary and... more
