Food was great! Steak was delicious. Ribs excellent, maybe ask for a little extra sauce. Piano player was excellent!

We recently ate dinner at the Outlaw and it was fine. The service was good as was the food, but it showed up at the table cold. I expected my prime rib to at least be a bit warm. One of us ate the ribs and said they were tasty and another ordered a tenderloin steak which was also good.... More

We celebrated my husband's 40th here! The food and atmosphere were wonderful. There was a guy playing the piano the whole time, we liked that. We had a 7:30 reservation on a Tuesday night and I was glad we did. The waitress had the whole place sing happy birthday to my husband. Jeep trails & prime rib, what could be... More

Food was best we had in Ouray. My husband and I split a large prime rib. Cooked just the way we ordered. Waiter was excellent and had suggestions. Would definitely go back. Can get crowded.

Ate a late night dinner with my husband and two friends. We each shared all of our meals and each was better than the next. The service was also excellent, friendly and timely without hovering constantly. I had the trout which was cooked to perfection with the most delicious light sauce. One of our party had a steak. It was... More

What an amazing meal and service! If you're looking for steak, this is the place! It also has a really cool atmosphere, including a piano player who plays tons of cool songs.

Had the special ribeye the night we were there. Cooked just like I wanted it, with a great seasoning that added to the taste. The service was impeccable! Got very crowded as were leaving. Popular place!

This restaurant situated on the main drag of Ouray gives you the old "western saloon" feeling inside. Our table was next to an old wooden rail with a saddle draped over it complete with a genuine lariat. The local guys come in and sit a the bar "shooting the breeze" and the tourists eat great food at the tables. This... More

As the second visit in two years, I was looking for anything "off' from our last fabulous meal. I didn't find anything to complain about! The Trout San Juan was rich and delicious, a dream for butter lovers. All of the mains ordered came with bread, salad, and a choice of potatoes. As such, each stood alone as a full... More
