This is a burger joint!

My wife and I always laugh when somebody writes a review complaining about the Ocean fish they had in Colorado or the Ravioli they ordered at a burger joint. This is a great burger joint that lets you write on the walls. The quarter pound burger is plenty for a normal person(fries could be better... read more

Stopped for lunch and asked a local where I could get a good burger; he directed me here, good thing! Yes it's a bit eclectic but the food is amazing! Upon the host's suggestion I had their green chili cheese burger, FANTASTIC. The fries were delicious too. I wanted a beer with my burger and was invited to go next... More

Came in here for lunch and tried the Mushroom, onion, Swiss cheese burger and it was AMAZING! Great fries too but the burger was the bomb!

Thought it would be a little grandma's kitchen type joint from the outside looks, but hip and fun once inside. Great sense of humor, great portions, super tasty burgers. Walk up to window to order, customize burgers yourself with all the fixings, not a sit down with waiters. Can get a beer from next door and bring it back to... More

We stopped in for lunch and had the bacon cheeseburger. It was the best tasting hamburger I have ever had, bar none. Nice little place and you can see the writing on the wall as soon as you go in. Don't pass this place by. If you are in the area be sure to stop for a great hamburger. There... More

I have now attempted to eat here twice: once in December 2014, the second time in March of 2015. Both times this restaurant was closed. My interest in visiting was to have a beer from Mr. Grumpy; we visited his previous establishment and enjoyed his brews and his company (a very entertaining dude). He has since relocated to this address.... More

We had lunch at Maggies and although the food was maybe an 8 out of 10, we felt like we were eating in a public restroom. There is marker graffiti over the entire interior--charming in a way, but the atmosphere feels very wrong and unappetizing. We'd probably only go back if getting take-out.

We stopped here just by chance while passing through. The three gentlemen (2 cooks and the host) have wonderful personalities. On the of that, the food was superior. We only had sandwiches, but they were excellent and stuffed. The accompanying cole slaw was also excellent. If you're passing through or staying for a while, don't miss Maggie's Kitchen.

What a mixed bag of customers and food! Made for an interesting visit. Food was okay but a bit greasy.

We seriously drive from Palisade to have a burger here. We're ever disappointed. Our go to spot for burgers and onion rings! Don't judge this place by the writing on the wall!!
