What a fun place to go eat. You walk in and place your order at a window. They offer all kinds of hamburgers that are not premade patties but big juicy handmade patties. While you are waiting for your food you can sit at long tables visiting with others or outside enjoying the weather but make sure you pay attention........ More

We were told by a local that Maggie's had the best burgers in town. Although this is the only burger we ate in Ouray, I can't imagine any being any better! The place is quite fun with a very friendly staff. Try the patty melt!

We stopped at Maggies after a long day jeeping and were pleasantly surprised at how GREAT the food was!! It's simple, but yummy. Service was excellent, atmosphere was fun and very informal, and we even wrote our names on the ceiling!

A local told us Maggie's had the best burgers in town and we don't doubt it. The burgers were big and cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and quite entertaining. Great value.

Funky odd and almost cool except for the bizarre kitchen calls. Prices were a little high for quality but we only ordered a snack while strolling - boat of fries, full order of onion rings and 2 soft drinks (which we didn't refill since they were to shared) and a Cole slaw - $14.25. Apparently we weren't the right shade... More

I was not impressed with this establishment. The table my husband and I were sitting at was very wobbly. A young lady working there tried to fix the problem by putting a napkin under one of the feet but it did not do the trick. She went back inside and this guy ( who I think was the owner) comes... Maggie's Kitchen really hits the spot after a day of hot springing. It has affordable prices and a good quick meal selection; this is fast food at some of its finest moments. My husband and I ordered elk and buffalo burgers, which tasted great. The fries and coleslaw sides also tasted good and fresh. We were actually wishing we had... More

Family of 4 and we spent over $50 for "fast food". The food was pretty good but the yucky feeling you get walking away from spending so much on burgers and sandwiches was not. But in all fairness, as beautiful as Ouray is, it is a tourist trap. Expect to spend a lot for everything!

Maggie's Kitchen has a great hamburger, fixed just about any way you could want. The owner is still as grumpy as ever, but he serves up an excellent hamburger. If you are not looking for a friend, this is the place to eat. Fresh cut french fried and homemade onion rings (greasy, but good). You go inside and place your... More
