An enjoyable place for a nice meal. We had pizzas, but the adjoining diners all seemed to be enjoying their meals as well. Evan though the interior if the Western Saloon is worth a visit on its own,you will want to sit outside on the deck. Just don't forget the Margaritas!!!

We stopped after walking around town for a nightcap on our recent trip. The bartender (Aaron?) was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. He asked us our dinner plans for the rest of our stay and invited us back for dinner the next night. We took him up on the offer and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We started... More

This place is amazing. The elk cheeseburger is excellent. There is a couple of variants of this burger. I had the southwest style with green chillies. The sauces are all created in house. My wife and I split a Cesar salad. Again, home made dressing. Very tasty. They also have bison, lamb and beef burgers.

Had planned to walk to Main Street for dinner but an evening thunderstorm started so we ducked in here instead. Pizza sounded good so we ordered one for us and one for the kids. We also ordered cocktails. The pizzas took awhile but no complaints from any of us because they tasted very good. The crust merits special mention. It... More

Decided to stop here simply based on the old historical building and decor. We tend to like places like this vs boring mainstream eateries. It was around 7:00PM Sunday and not crowded at all. Friendly staff, great food, and drinks at reasonable prices considering the location. Sometimes places with unique and or attractive decor can use that to get by... More

When staying in Ouray, we were in the mood for a light but economical dinner-we found it at the Saloon. The building is full of history. The menu had plenty of options and all were reasonably priced. It was a great find right off the main road.

This beautiful bar and great outdoor deck has great drinks and the best pizza in town. It's a must-do.

Sat at the bar for dinner, as the place was crowded. Enjoyed chatting with the bartenders, as well as restaurant/bar patrons around us. Fun to hear other's travel stories, and this was a good place to do so. Staff was fabulous, and knew lots of hotel and town history. Food was delicious, served promptly, despite the number of people in... More

We had artisanal pizza. It was good. The atmosphere was homey and the historic rooms were fun to walk through.

Really neat old hotel and nice restaurant. I was with a group of 8 and we all had the pizza which was very good. Very good service and a friendly wait staff. Lots of charm and character to go with the food. I will definitely eat here again.
