Description: Established in 2001. We are a small family of chocolatiers and coffee roasters living in a small town nestled in the San Juan Mountains in the southwest corner of Colorado. We use only the finest Belgian chocolate and make everything by hand. Our shop is open everyday except Christmas. Stop by if you are in the neighborhood. We'd love to hear stories about how our chocolate has been a part of your lives. It brings us together in our love for chocolate, fine ingredients and sharing them with our family and friends.

If you love chocolate this is the place in Ouray. Everything from chocolate bark to truffles, plus really good ice cream on a summer night.

Loved the fog lifter drink (despite the hefty price tag). Chocolates and cookies were amazing. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in Ouray!

The fudge is very good but those scrap cookies are the bomb. This location makes all their own candy and whatever ingredients they are using that day go into the "scrap" cookie dough. Bits of caramel, nuts, chocolate, toffee bits etc. Have them for breakfast with their coffee drinks! Get some ice cream, sit outside on the bench and watch... More

Just walking into this place makes you happy. Leaving here without a couple of pounds of their handmade sweets makes you happier!

A great selection of sweets made on site! Some evenings the line was out the door, but it moves fast. Average ice cream though. Try the hand made items. They're better.

Great place for sweets. Very clean, the young staff are friendly and quick. Love the "scrap cookies", left over dough from different flavors blended together and baked, yummy!

Stayed here for a week and visited Mouses 3 times. Ice cream, chocolate, shakes all super good. The key lime shake is our favorite! Our kids love the milk steamers.

The ice cream was great and not bad price-wise. A big waffle cone with one scoop (huge amount) was 3.50. Great looking shakes for 6.00. Be ready to stand in line, it is super popular with tourists and locals alike.

If you are in Ouray, you have to stop in and get something from Mouse's. They have wonderful candy, ice cream and coffee. They will even ship you candy if needed.

Seriously, I got a little tired of her lollygagging because she simply could not pass the place up. The chocolate is, as they say, to die for--or at least that's what my wife said. When I said "Enough is enough," she told me she could easily live without me and walked in once again. This is a seriously good place.
