My boyfriend and I had lunch at the Morrison Inn after a hike one weekend. It has such a great laid-back atmosphere and awesome margaritas. We loved sitting outside on their roof top deck soaking up the sun. We could not have been more happy!

The Inn & great margaritas have been Golden/Red Rocks standards for many years, deservedly. Since it can be a ZOO AT TIMES because crowds are crowds, service isn't always impeccable, but it's difficult to serve a zillion thirsty concert pre-gamers! Visit when the crowd is more laid back and so is the Inn. Very good food, great drinks, great location.

Good food, attentive service staff and the usual tacky decor. Good place for a quick lunch or dinner.

We drove up here from Denver while visiting for Christmas. The snow in the mountains made for a very pretty drive. The vibe in the restaurant is laid back and cool. Salsa was nice and spicy - but not too much. Queso dip was a hit with our family. Margaritas were really good. I had tamales and they were awesome:... More

As a Texan who recently moved here, this is not Tex-Mex! This place should be turned into a bbq joint/bar because the shredded beef was good. Queso was thick & solidified after dipping one chip. The salsa, what is that??? It taste like pace picante & a can of enchilada sauce, which both of those are a no-no. Will not... More

Food was mediocre and barely warm in one case. Service was great but portions were small. Overall a pretty steep decline from what once was a great Mexican restaurant.

Seriously, stopped in here before a Red Rocks concert and was VERY disappointed. Paid 6 bucks at happy hour no less, for a house margarita, and I swear there was NO tequila in the drink. I did not get a buzz, but I did get heartburn.Total rip off, slow service and NO view from the patio. Do not go here,... More

Awesome food and margaritas. Priced a smidge higher than other Mexican restaurants, but I think it was worth it. Try the spinach enchiladas....amazing!!!

Ok a lot has changed from a while back! Seemed the food is up and down ,doesn't seem to be consistent . But it does come out fast, and the waitresses we had were spot on!! All in all not bad!!
