This is the best all around restaurant in Monument. With the owner, Tom Wisdom at the cash register you know he is keeping his eye on all the action and you are guaranteed good food and service. It is a small, casual place where you order as you enter and the food is delivered to your table. It could be... More

A local favorite! I came here with a friend for tea. It was her first visit. I chose it because everyone always has a enjoyable time. We sat on the pretty patio and lingered with tea and a scone. The tea is always perfect, Nice atmosphere, art, flowers, friendly staff, great food.

I went to lunch with a group of five ladies. We sat upstairs and had a great time. I had a soup and salad combo and both were excellent. I ordered iced tea and that was good as well. My only tiny complaint was the lack of refills on the tea. Once we sat down the only time we saw... More

Such a lovely spot for relaxing with friends and enjoying a good meal. In the summer, the outside patio is so nice, with a fountain nearby and lots of fragrant flowers and herbs. In colder months, enjoy the comfortable rooms with couches and chairs or more traditional table seating. The creaky floors and local art all add character, and the... More

The Wisdom Tea House has delicious soup and sandwiches. The Chicken Salad sandwich is one of the best I've every had and the soup warm and very tasty. The tea selections are unique and good, iced or hot. We will be back.

Have been here a couple of times and service is consistent - happy, smiling and prompt. Enjoyed afternoon tea (must make reservations!) w my mother, and after having lived in England we are picky! The tea itself is average (we like a very dark black tea) but the tea sandwiches and scones were lovely. I have also stopped in for... More

The Wisdom Tea House offers breakfast, lunch and "tea" in the classic sense. The lunch menu offers wonderful salads, soups and sandwiches. The assortment of pastries and cakes make one think it might be best to skip straight to dessert or "tea". There is a wonderful selection of teas and other beverages. One of the most fun things - you... More

The turkey club sandwich was yummy and service was excellent and fast. I also had a chocolate tea latte. Oh my...so good! Got to pick out my own little tea cup. Definitely recommend this charming restaurant.
