Went for the views of the San Juans and the golf course, it was beautiful. The food was pretty good as well. I had the grilled chicken wrap with spinach, onions, tomatoes and vinaigrette. It was very good. Wife had the white fish tacos and said they were very tasty. We split a large Caesar salad which was very tasty.... More

My group and I had a wonderful dinner @ Remington's, our server was excellent. The food was excellent as well I had the pistachio pork tenderloin, and the rest of my group enjoyed their meals as well. A great time was had by all, don't miss out on this special place with incredible views of the San Juan Mountains!

Thinnest New York strip steak I have ever seen, served with soggy lump of onion straws on top. Remingtons does not have a wide menu. The view of the San Juan Mts is great. Whoever took our reservations failed to mention there would be a wine-dinner fundraiser there that night so we were sequestered in the back. Maybe that's why... More

Friends we are visiting take us to lunch at Remington. We have vague recollection of a visit some time ago which did not bring much good, but this is Montrose, CO, i.e. a true culinary desert, so we go. What a pleasant surprise: there is a new manager whom we’ve met before as the owner of La Dolce Vita in... More

My friends took me here for my birthday lunch. The view is spectacular and is the main reason to go. It is a restful place to enjoy conversation with friends. I have had bad meals here but this time everyone enjoyed their lunch.

This restaurant tries, but still fails. The menu is nice, but service is slow and terrible. There are better restaurants in town.

Beautiful setting but the service is terrible. I met up with 6 friends there last Friday with the hope that we could have drinks on the patio, enjoy the views and each other's company and have dinner. Two of my friends are members at the club and one friend was finishing up playing golf. We arrived inside and the bar... More

Saturday night dinner with friends, excellent service from our waiter, Terry. Food was excellent, several people had the prime rib special, shrimp/clam pasta was very tasty. Desserts were a nice ending to an enjoyable meal. Accommodations in the "loft" were lovely. Will certainly come back for date night,

I have been to Remington's before and always have had good food. On this visit however the food was not very good. I ordered the Spinach salad with Salmon and my friend ordered the Curry but was told the restaurant didn't have any rice so she would have to order something else. So we both had the Spinach salad with... More
