Minturn is a little off the beaten path from Vail and Beaver Creek, but set in the mountains on the way to Leadville, it reminds you of a western town in the late 80's or early 90's. Little shops here and there, as then there is the Minturn Cointry Club. Don't be mistaken...no golf course or club here, just a... More

We took our parents out to eat here for their birthday. This is a pick your steak place and then you grill it yourself. Best steak I ever had! The surprise after you eat is a memory not easily forgotten. Go!

Pick out your steak, season it and grill it! Fun night. Great service! Don't be scared of the plastic flaps by the front door!

A highlight of our annual ski trip to Colorado is dinner here. Don't let the building's exterior or the entry through the double set of plastic flap curtains put you off. This place is the best. We love the "grill your own meal" concept. The meat offerings are top notch- this time I had a massive New York strip which... More

Great steaks and food, although as a mom, I'd rather not cook my own food while on vacation. The kids however love it, even if I am the one left at the cooking station. Once I sit down though, the food is fabulous.

for a family or a group of friends. Enjoy choosing your food and the cooking with your party. Any meat is good and the "self done garlic bread" tastes great. Follow your waiters recommendation, except for the side orders. Share them, one for every two or three people. Try the desert potatoes.

Good cuts of meat, but the fact that you have to cook it yourself makes it not worth the price. The sides were all really good, a favorite of mine was the sweet potato fries.

We took full advantage of the $2.99 steak night. Really enjoyed interacting with other people at the grill as we drank our bonfires. Very fun atmosphere! Would definitely be back.

Every time we visit Vail during the winter for skiing, a dinner at the Minturn Country Club is a must for us. The owner is very kind (he will remember you), and the steak cuts are amazing. I like the idea of grilling my own steak, and the side orders are great. I recommend the twice-baked mashed potato and a... More

We have been coming to MCC for 20 years. Always a favorite with our kids as everyone grills their own steak. They have a salad bar, then you go choose your steak and sides, grill them, and your sides are brought to your table when you are seated. Everyone always has a great time!
