I can't remember the last time I visited a place that had so many positive attributes and so many negative ones. In the end, they mostly canceled each other out, resulting in a pretty average experience. First off, don't be fooled by the name. The only thing "country club" about this establishment is a couple of framed pictures of golf... More

We visited on a Saturday night and was greeted by Joe the owner. Have not eaten here in awhile and still one of the best steak places around. Great cuts of meat, also have fish and chicken. You pick out your own steak and grill it yourself. You pick your own side and also a salad bar. You don't go... More

At the Minturn Country Club you get to choose your own meat and cook it over a grill to your own satisfaction. Some of the best steaks we have ever eaten! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is fun! If you are lucky, the proprietor will stop by your table and do a few great card tricks, too. No, it's... More

You will be grilling your own steak. Since the meat is first quality, if you are not happy with your steak, well....you did make it.... This is a different concept to dining. Somewhat interesting, but I would rather be served my steak at the table and not have to bother cooking it. Lots of people though prefer to do this... More

We stopped in here at the suggestion of one of the locals. We had a big group, 8 adults and 5 kids. We got the pu-pu platter to start. AMAZING! The crab cakes are delicious, the mushrooms were incredible, and the kids fought over the fried zucchini. I agree that the steaks are very pricey, but they were so good!... More

Surprise! You cook your own protein on a big grill! Special price on Tuesday. New York strip for $15.95 includes salad. You purchase sides separately. The steak was tender and tasty. Salad was fresh. This is a fun family place.

Cook your own steaks? I thought I would pass, however my wife once again talked me into cooking. Glad she did. Hot grill, seasonings, some sauce.... it felt like an indoor cookout and we loved it! Side dishes of double baked and sweet potatoes fries were excellent as well. Two salad bars, two grills, plenty of room to work stress... More

T.J. and the staff at Minturn Country Club provided us with the perfect rehearsal dinner. We had our own private room and the menu provided to us beforehand was super affordable. If you've never been to the Minturn Country Club, you should try it out! It is a grill your own meat joint, so instead of people sitting at tables... More

Minturn is a little off the beaten path from Vail and Beaver Creek, but set in the mountains on the way to Leadville, it reminds you of a western town in the late 80's or early 90's. Little shops here and there, as then there is the Minturn Cointry Club. Don't be mistaken...no golf course or club here, just a... More

We took our parents out to eat here for their birthday. This is a pick your steak place and then you grill it yourself. Best steak I ever had! The surprise after you eat is a memory not easily forgotten. Go!
