Great New Location, Great Place For Food

PJ's Bistro has moved from Manitou Springs to their new location at 1015 West Colorado Avenue and, right off the bat, I should mention that I love the new space. Inside is classy and the patio is awesome. We started with fried pierogi (it had some wonderful things inside, it was the special and it... read more

I had the borscht and pierogies, hubby had meatloaf and it was all really good. Moderate vegetarian options, and you don't eat Polish for without butter or sour cream so vegan is out.

PJ's is a great little place with nice outdoor seating. Hubby enjoyed the cabbage rolls and I really liked the Russian style pierogis. Great ethnic food! Highly recommend.

It was our very first time to PJ’s Bistro, and it was soon after they had just moved to their new location just east of Old Colorado City. I was a little disappointed we never got to experience the Manitou space, but that’s okay – they have their own cute little house now with a nice patio, and even a... More

Trip Advisor address is wrong, no longer @ 819 Manitou Ave.,As locals, yes we enjoyed the previous Manitou location, but it was a bit cramped. Just went to the new PJ's Bistro Location in the charming old Petite Maison location, 1015 W. Colorado Ave. From Manitou and the west side, go east on Colorado, turn right onto 11th street, look... Definitely love the menu offerings, however, do not like this Westside house as well as the former Manitou location. Several former visits to the Manitou location meant a bit of a wait for this fine food to be prepared but our recent visit to Colorado Ave resulted in quite a long wait on the kitchen. Too long. European dining usually... More

They have moved and are now located at 1015 W. Colorado Ave. 80904. The food was great and I know I will be back there again very soon.

P.J. just moved to their new location on W. Colorado between OCC and Downtown, As part of a Day Car Tour I brought a group of 20 in for lunch. Due to timing limitations P.J. created a Pre Fixe menu for us. When we arrived we were treated like family. The service was great, The food was excellent, Pierogies, Potato... More

They just moved locations to an excellent spot on W Colorado between downtown and Old CC. Amazing patio. Great drink list (we tried a few on a sunny afternoon- all good!). Try all the pierogies. All of them. They are perfection.
