Went to P. J's bistro for lunch with my husband. The service was slow, even for the first glass of water. The food seemed like it was all re-heated from frozen or boxes, nothing fresh. But that being said, the servers were real nice and they tried to keep up.

the burgers we had were excellent. Fries were fantastic. Pasta salad with fresh light wonderful ingredients. Service was just as good as the food our waiter Paul gave excellent service ambience outside, scenery beautiful

I went to this restaurant with my wife after visiting Pikes Peak. It is located in a quaint town. They have very good comfort food. My wife and I both had the goulash which was great. The only constructive criticism I would give the restaurant is to try to make their potato pancake less greasy. Overall a very nice dining... More

Cute, unique. Only a handful of tables on the patio overlooking the main street, but worth the wait. We still talk about the meatloaf. Crazy good.

Stopped here while we were walking around downtown Manitou Springs. I was really hoping for a patio seat, but they were all taken. They have a nice patio. Kids had chicken stripes and my husband and I had hamburgers. They were very good and I loved their thin fries. My wine was also very good. The staff was friendly and... More

We sat outside on the patio at the Bistro in August. Even though it started to rain, we were fine since the porch is covered. I had the grilled chicken wrap with fries. It was excellent. I usually just nibble at my fries because they aren't worth the calories, but I ate every last one of these! They were excellent.... More

Stopped in for an early dinner on a busy Saturday night in August. Service was pretty slow, but friendly. The menu emphasizes European specialties, mostly on the heavy side. The bison stroganoff and accompany potato pancake were delicious, but our veggie pierogies were greasy and overcooked. A fish sandwich was pretty good, though a little bit on the small side.... More

The Bistro is in a neat 3 story building along Manitou Ave. in Manitou, CO. It is in the second story above the street. The meals are inexpensive and ethnic in nature with pierogies, ghoulash, paprikash, etc. A good change of pace food place. Our server was Paul, who explained that the owners were Polish. My friend had the stuffed... More

My son and I had just got done hiking the Manitou Incline and were looking for a place to eat. We found this place, sat outside overlooking pike's peak and had the best burger ever! Very good food, good service, and good view. Right down town, can see people walking around, hear music playing, and watch the sun setting on... More

We ordered basic food a burger and a salad. I don't know how a chef can fail a burger, fries and a salad. Fries were completly burnt (i supposed cooked in a very old oil) and the salad was worse than awfull !!!! I should have read the reviews before entering this place. I dont speak about the service that... More
