Awesome Find!

My husband and I found this place after our visit to Garden of the Gods. We had some good beer and shared a plate of potato pancakes and perrogies! We really enjoyed it all and will definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

My family and I have dined at PJ's maybe ten times over the last couple years and we are always very happy. The first time we arrived we were surprised by the Eastern European menu, and several times I have been there and seen others look at it and leave...I guess they expect to see more of a bar and... We went there for lunch. The menu was had some good looking Russian and eastern European dishes on it. The price was reasonable. The seating area was small, but there is a pleasant outdoor dinning option in good weather.

We wanted a light meal and chose from the breakfast menu around brunch time. Potato pancakes with smoked salmon...definitely delicious. Atmosphere is Manitou funky but service was excellent and food freshly prepared. We enjoyed.

We went there on the recommendation of a hotel keeper in the area. Many stairs to get in. Very relaxed place with a kind of European menu. Looked like it might be interesting if someone would come and take an order. Not quite as clean as it could be.

For those of us who grew up in very diverse neighborhoods; PJ's is like being invited to the neighbors house for a home cooked meal. A Polish/German meal. I had not had home cooked Goulash since I was a kid. And the pirogues were not small either. Nor were they only potato filled. The building that houses this restaurant is... More

This little gem looks like a mom and pop simple sandwich kind of restaurant, but the food is special. Everything is made with fresh ingredients with little fancy twists. I went twice in one day I was so impressed by the food and the porch with the view. Would highly recommend to anyone strolling through Manitou Springs!

I recently came to Colorado to visit my sister and she recommended us going to Manitou Springs. We came upon PJ's Bistro as we were looking for a place to eat and decided to try it out. My sister is in a wheelchair so a friend went inside asking about access and they were happy to help out. Very relaxing... More

The only reason this did not get a 5 for overall was because of the wait before being seated and served. However, on this Saturday afternoon it was evident that the place was understaffed as there were only two front-of-house guys doing EVERYTHING. . . .taking names, seating, bartending, serving and bussing. The place is small which only adds to... More

PJs Bistro on the main street in Manitou Springs is a small little restaurant. Quite small. We arrived and the servers were telling us it was about a 30 minute wait, which is fine with us. We were in no hurry. There were only two servers and they were working their butts off!! We were seated and it took a... More
