PJs Bistro on the main street in Manitou Springs is a small little restaurant. Quite small. We arrived and the servers were telling us it was about a 30 minute wait, which is fine with us. We were in no hurry. There were only two servers and they were working their butts off!! We were seated and it took a... More

friendly waitress. Very good food. Good size portions. Good location. Went here for lunch as recommended by a local for good french fries since the other place we were considering only serves chips with lunch sandwiches.

We actually visited PJ's three times over a span of a couple summers. First visit: The waiter was asked once to clean off our patio table, which was *really* filthy. After a second request, the waiter was clearly annoyed, and returned to do a half-assed job with a smelly rag, leaving a smelly table. I had to find some paper... More

My wife and I were in Manitou for a wander around the shops and decided to stop for lunch. We'd never even noticed PJ's before, as it's upstairs and not glaringly obvious to the casual passer-by. Anyway, we decided to give it a shot and were very pleasantly surprised. The menu is very unusual, with some definite flair in the... More

The server was Megan. She did a great job especially considering she was the only server. I tried the Hungarian Golash on potato pancake it was tasty with curry sauce. The potato pancake was cooked perfectly crispy.

We ate here after visiting Pikes Peak. First, make sure you pay for your parking otherwise you will get a ticket and it will make your meal more expensive. We enjoyed the food, I had the hamburger while my wife had the cheese pierogi. Hers was better. We tried to have the Napoleon for dessert but since they are handmade,... More

Went to P. J's bistro for lunch with my husband. The service was slow, even for the first glass of water. The food seemed like it was all re-heated from frozen or boxes, nothing fresh. But that being said, the servers were real nice and they tried to keep up.

I went to this restaurant with my wife after visiting Pikes Peak. It is located in a quaint town. They have very good comfort food. My wife and I both had the goulash which was great. The only constructive criticism I would give the restaurant is to try to make their potato pancake less greasy. Overall a very nice dining... More

Cute, unique. Only a handful of tables on the patio overlooking the main street, but worth the wait. We still talk about the meatloaf. Crazy good.
