Try the Wine Bar in the basement--more casual, more fun!

This is a nice place to chill and take a break from the touristy street. We stopped in after lunch for a glass (or two) of wine. The Happy Hour price of $5/glass is enticing and the basement atmosphere is cool. We weren't up for food since we had just eaten, but the Happy Hour food prices were... read more

Loved the brie cheese fondue with vegetables and bread cubes. The seafood table-grill was outstanding. Should have skipped the chocolate dessert fondue--too much food, but all excellent.

This is a unique experience! We did not make reservations, but the staff did all possible to get a table for us with minimal waiting. The food is delicious, starting with a salad and ending with dessert! This is a place that welcomes a small group and large group. It is good for older kids, I would not recommend for... More

My husband and I are in the middle of a temporary move from Hawaii to Colorado Springs and in the middle of driving through rain and hail to adopt a new kitty from a rescue in Manitou, we stopped off for dinner to duck out of the crumby weather...and couldn't be happier with that decision! The lights were low and... More

I was not thrilled with the fact i had to pay 100$ to cook my own food. It was a great setting but highly overrated

A new twist on the traditional Sterno-fueled fondue with an electric burner. Works great. Take your time at this dinner in a romantic old Manitou house. You won't be doing this all the time, but for a special occasion you won't be disappointed.

We love fondue and decided to revisit this favorite restaurant for a special occasion. We had forgotten the tiny dining rooms on the second floor allowing us to dine alone for most of our Sunday evening escape. Joel, our knowledgeable and friendly waiter, reintroduced us to their excellent wine list, from which we chose a 2008 Barbaresco which was delicious.... More

Worst experience for new years!!! If you want to pay 120$ for 4 shrimp and a small lobster tail and a couple of pieces of fish BETWEEN TWO PEOPLE then please throw your money away. Food is mediocre at best and they ripped off the fontina fondue recipe from La Baguette. The staff was very rude and lied about the... More

First time at Mona Lisa's yesterday evening for New Years Eve. What a disappointing experience. I would like to mention our waiter was a delight. He was very nice, had a lot of energy and seemed to know what he was doing. The kitchen however, was another story. The first course was a Cesar salad that was server warm with... More
