We arrived shortly before dark to this former manor home of Dr. Bell, the co-founder of the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad. The home was rich with wood-paneled walls, fireplaces and even a suit of armor. Diners were all well dressed, the hostess appeared soon after in yesterday's jeans and a wrinkled shirt. The menu features a number of Colorado... More

On Sunday March 8th we (early evening) we had an extreme good experience; good service from Mr. Alex, and as usual a wonderful meal. We hope to be back, especially on our birthdays and anniversaries, and using their special rewards certificate. Enjoy! Dave & Diane Gilfillan

The food and the service was very good, but watch out. They really nickel and dime you when it comes to all the extras for a wedding. Make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing. We paid much more than we were originally told. The coordinator was very unprofessional as well, and very scatter brained. Very hard to work with.... More

We went to dinner here and had a groupon. We arrived a little early and had martini's in the lounge. The setting was lovely. There was live music and it was very good. They had a great looking bar menu and we decided that it would be fun to come back in the summer and experience the new happy hour... More

Just about everything about Briarhurst Manor is very good. The setting, the food and the service were all just as expected (and should be). We were a little disappointed when one of the main course selections was not available, but the fairly unique other choices made up for it. We didn't go to dinner that late in the evening (7:30... I arrived earlier than my reservation and the host was polite when I asked her if I could wait inside until 5pm. She said yes! The dining room was pleasant and clean linen. The server was Jason and he was polite and knowlegable of the menu. The bread was delightful and warm, with the perserves that accompnaied the bread was... More

Who wouldn't want the opportunity to dine in an historic manor home, richly appointed in antiques and hardwoods, aspiring stone facades and picturesque windows. Each room is a treat in and of itself. We've eaten here a number of times, each visit as unique and special as the time before. Most recently, dining in the former master bedroom, my husband... More

The service and food were both fantastic! My husband and I didn't expect too much considering we had a groupon deal for a 5 course dinner...well it was above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely return! Highly recommend!

My team of 8 reserved a private room for a team dinner on a Wednesday in February 2014. We all ordered the pre-set 5 course meal and were not disappointed. The service was extraordinary, the food delicious and the portions appropriate. Our wonderful server even took our team photo on the grand staircase! This was the perfect setting to bring... More

We brought our 9 year old granddaughter for etiquette lessons and for special time alone with Grandma and Grandpa. Our server Hannah was a gem!!!! She was very attentive, especially to our granddaughter, calling her "the young lady."
