Took my wife to the Cliff House for a special birthday dinner on our vacation to Manitou Springs. The Cliff House did not let me down. Many of the staff came by the table to wish her happy b'day, which she loved. Nice touch guys! Both of us had the coffee crusted elk, wonderful. My wife had the raspberry souffle... More

Fine dining at reasonable prices with an elegant atmosphere and courteous service. Seated next to large bay windows overlooking majestic mountains and Pikes Peak, we were served light lunch menus of salads and sandwiches. Mine was a very tasty turkey salad sandwich (the house special) and it was VERY special. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The menu provided a good selection of dishes and the wine list was ample. The Lamb chops and raspberry soufflé were delicious! Our waiter and sommelier offered great suggestions. We enjoyed a wonderful evening here.

There are a lot of dining options in Manitou Springs. Thank goodness we found Cliff House. They've elevated dining to a higher level! We ate outside, which was wonderful, with lovely views. Our waiter was terrific - bringing us delicious drinks (G & T, Margaritas), and later, wonderful meals. including the veal chop ("best I've ever had") and Colorodo striped... More

Tuna appetizer was unusual and beautifully presented; elk was tender with an outstanding sauce; trout perfectly prepared; dessert was the only disappointment. The waiter was fantastic with my 6 year old grandson. They seated us slightly away from the other diners so we felt very comfortable in this high end restaurant with the child. We loved the food, and were... More

I lived in Colorado Springs for over thirty years and recently returned for a reunion. Four women I have known since the late fifties joined me for lunch at their favorite place, the Cliff House Hotel Dining Room in Manitou Springs. I admitted that I had never been there before and they seemed aghast at my omission. What a delightful... More

I stayed here for a night, and breakfast was complimentary. This is one of the nicest full breakfasts served in any lodging I have stayed. Great assortment, hot foods in a large buffet setting, with waiters for beverages. I have been told their dinners are amazing, so I will have to return for that. This is a lovely historic hotel,... We went to celebrate a birthday dinner after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. Don't save room for the chocolate mousse cake, Betty Crocker would be better. It was devils food cake (not very moist) with milk chocolate mousse...yuck. Maybe we should have tried the raspberry soufflé but we were in a chocolate mood. However the lamb chops and colorado black... More

My husband and I went to the Cliff House for our anniversary. It was elegant. The service was high class and the food was excellent. My husband said it was the most relaxing and peaceful anniversary dinner we've had in years.

Beautiful porch dining with view of nearby mountains. Wasn't sure how our 10 year old would fare with gourmet menu options, but he loved the Colorado bass. Our servers were passionate about the food and beverage served, my only slight disappointment was the delay in getting our beverages. We received excellent service, though my husband noticed two families with small... More
