Located about a block and a half south of the intersection of hwy 160 and hwy 184 (184 turns into Main St) in an old charming block/brick building that feels a hundred years old. They close at 2pm so it's breakfast or lunch ! I had their Mancos grill sandwich which was great. It was served with house potato salad... More

Funky, healthy, ABC uses local organic produce and meat when possible. They recently expanded, so it's no longer hard to find seating. I love their breakfast sandwich and the Mancos Grill sandwich. Good food in a fun setting.

Have been dining here since 2006. Love the filling breakfast burritos (to go they're cheaper). Chocolate macaroons and other baked goods are mouth-watering. Great coffee and espresso-based drinks. Treat yourself and be sure to check out the Artisans of Mancos shop next door for unique gifts.

On our three month trip crossing six states this we the one brunch restaurant we returned to three times :). Situated in the corner of Colorado far from anything we were quite supprised, and recall the spirit of the place and the food as some of the best on our trip. Gog there if you can! :)

I love this restaurant. The food is prepared from fresh ingredients and is homemade. I particularly love their macaroons. Also, their lavender lemonade and lavender lemon cookies are exquisite. I don't think you can go wrong with any of their baked goods and they make excellent loaves of bread to take home. However, if you are looking for a fast... More

We were driving through Mancos and being hungry looked around and found the Absolute Bakery & Café. We both got the Mancos Grill (sandwich) and it was wonderful. The sandwich is on the house bread. Yum. We felt like we had eaten enough for lunch and dinner. The staff was so friendly and attentive and we loved everything about the... More

We went for breakfast and had eggs, sausage, bacon and pancakes. Our meals were very good and the pancakes that came with one meal were so big I had some of my husbands. The coffee was really good. We would go there again if ever in the area.
