Sat outside, but inside decor uber cool

I tried the you-pick-two tapas for lunch - avocado toast and mushroom puff pastry. YUM!!! Couldn't even eat the side salad that came with. Attentive service, great decor. Had a full bar, but it was a work day lunch so I abstained. Iced tea was perfectly brewed.

Certainly the most original food I've ever experienced in Colorado and quite possibly the best. This place is absolutely amazing. The chef is an artist and a genius. It was obvious that all the ingredients were fresh and local. They even have a chalk board when you enter showing the local (in the state) farms and producers they work with.... More

The best food we've ever eaten! Fabulous service by our server Jason. Many of the ingredients are Colorado grown or raised. Ours was a party of three. We all ordered a different meal, as well as tapas and dessert. EVERY item was over-the-top delicious. My hamburger with fresh mozarella and bacon jam was THE best burger I've ever had. Colorado... This was one of the best dining experiences we have had since moving to Colorado (and we've tried restaurants all over the state) Door 222 has a really funky, beautifully designed space, they managed to incorporate a Model T Ford rim into a lighting fixture! Now for the good part the meals were top notch in quality, flavor and presentation,... More

We recently met friends for dinner at Door 222. From the tapas menu we ordered the Hazel Dell Mushroom Tart. The puff pastry tart came with goat cheese, arugula and a balsamic reduction, absolutely delicious. I ordered the angus burger with extra onions and sweet potato fries. The hanger steak entree was also well received. We topped it off by... More

Excellent food and service! This is one of my most favorite restaurants. The food is fresh and changes with what happens to be in season

The atmosphere was pleasant, the food delicious with a great presentation, and the service was excellent. Our waitress explained everything that we needed to know about the menu. The tapas were smaller portions that I am used to getting at Boulder restaurants, however. Be sure to ask if they are 'shareable' before ordering. My BLT was only one item.

Many Gluten Free options, including delicious Tapas, & Omission beer. I love this place for truly excellent food and service. The patio is on the shady side of the street, was very pleasant at 11:30am. Reservations online a snap, even for just one diner.

First of all, this place is still Next Door Food and Drink. We went for happy hour and had appetizers and drinks at a discounted price. I had the Red Sparkling Sangria-- delicious. The sautéed sliced Brussel Spriutsi was seared to perfection. The Margharetta Pizza was tasty on a thin crust. The Red Quinoa cake was served with a spicy... More

Great place to meet up for drinks or date night. The food is exceptional. If they have Buratta...don't miss it! It is wonderful.
