One of our favorites

My wife and I eat here often. I've heard many people say it is their favorite Mexican place anywhere! For us, it's not perfect but we still like it. The first time we went I was a bit miffed at having to pay extra for little things like lettuce on a burrito or a bowl of chips and salsa so... read more

My wife and I were in a hurry to get some errands done, but needed to eat. We went to Santiago's, an old favorite. We each got a smothered deluxe burrito made to our own liking and were able to eat and get to our errands within about 15-20 minutes, all for around $10.

We go here every time we are in Loveland. Always buy breakfast burritos half and half with hot and mild Green Chile. We also order extra green Chile as well. The breakfast burritos are always the flavor of the day. If you are lucky and get the sausage or bacon they are the best. Love the place.

Breakfast burritos (chef's choice of meat) have a line going out the door-- get there before 11 am to order. Great place for inexpensive and basic Mexican food, either a la carte or in combos. Their guacamole is wonderful and the cheese enchilada (with or without onions) is great. No hot tea, tho. Wait staff is personable and competent. Sunday... More

Oh Boy, the food is pretty good if your Ray Charles. The place is so cold one could hang meat in it. We had dinner on a Saturday night, while the staff stood around and played with each others hair the four dirty tables around us remained so dirty. If you like loud country music while you eat your Mexican... More

One of a chain of Santiago's, this one doesn't cut the mustard. We had the enchiladas and a burrito. The meat was cold and the sauce was just blah, not really bland but not the spicy sauce that we were used to from the other stores.

We tried this Santiago Mexican Restaurant location in Loveland, CO, for a quick lunch one weekday and occupied the last available table at the end of the lunch rush when we came in. We took the full restaurant as a good sign. For us, it was. Service was very friendly despite the busy time of day, and the food came... More

They serve food extremely fast! My favorite dish is their Indian Taco, I chose to have it made with beans and carnitas (pork) and mild green chili. They have the BEST carnitas!!! They also make awesome crispy chili rellenos. The bad things about this place is that their salsa runs perfect or WAY TOO SPICY HOT for me, it is... More

This used to be one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, but no more. The food was bland, and the green chili which used to be the best was tasteless and flat. Salsa and chips cost extra and the salsa was not good. Table was dirty when we sat down and service relatively slow for 1:30 PM on a Monday. There... More

We LOVE Santiago's Johnstown and Brighton. This restaurant is rarely the same other than you can count on the food arriving cold. The half and half chili can be burn your stomach out hot one visit and the next very mild. Also lacks the true Santiago's flavor. Would not recommend.
