Good food, and great service

Short wait time for seating, arrived just before dinner rush. Many choices for dinner from mac/cheese, salads, steak, hamburgers and desserts. Water glass was continually topped off. Waitress verified customer satisfaction, or need for anything. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was... read more

Was really looking forward to breakfast. Was a little disappointed with what I ordered. Chicken sausage wasn't good and I only are part. Eggs were ok, average at best but the star of the meal was the biscuits. They were outstanding!!! Really like the atmosphere. Nice informal but well decorated. Good location with outside seating and convenient location. Definitely will... More

Had heard great things, and I have to say the salads that went by looked wonderful. But. I ordered the pot pie , this being a pie shop and all.. It was very pretty. It went down hill from there. Crust was so hard I had trouble breaking it, even with silverware... let alone earring it. So what I ended... More

I have been the Huckleberry zillions of time before and always had a nice experience, however, this may have been my last visit. I ordered the vegetarian benedict and, after maybe 1/4th or 1/3rd through, I put piece of what I thought was crunchy homestyle potato on my fork. I thought it was too soft to be potato, but then... We visited here on a weekday so we didn't have a long wait for a table. Our latkes, poached eggs, & blueberry pancakes were cooked perfectly. Our server could have been better- never returning to the table once the food was delivered! The noise level was exceedingly high in the small room we were in- would recommend seating in an... More

Very nice breakfast place in downtown Louisville. Pleasant outdoor seating. Huevos Rancheros were delicious.

Huckleberry offers excellent breakfast and friendly service. The menu has all the typical American favorites but at the same time, it is distinguished from other breakfast places.
