Consistent

Good food and potions for the price. Always consistent and service is decent. Can get crowded and busy but usual you are seated fairly quickly.

I had the 8 Oz filet with broccoli and a salad. This is my "go to" meal here, since I usually don't eat at chain restaurants. The steak was cooked as I ordered, the salad was fesh and crisp, and the broccoli was, well....broccoli! Service was excellent! She was attentive but didn't bother me too much. I'll come back if... Splurge night. Hubby had surf & turf. I had tilapia & crab. Everything was hot & delicious. Waiter was gracious and efficient. A bit on the expensive side, but we ordered expensive food.

We went to Outback the night we arrived in Louisville because we could walk! It was snowing. And Chili's was out of business. I find Outback very ordinary, even for a chain restaurant, and expensive for what you get. I think it used to be better (like 10 years ago, when I remember liking the chain). There was nothing wrong... More

This place is always good. As far as chain restaurants go, they adulterate the food less than others. Usual drill, never disappoint.

Service was slow, food was just ok and the front hostess was very rude. I picked up one of several menus to look at and the hostess pulled it out of my hand and laid it back on her pile. Should walked out at that point and not even eaten here.

Food was cold, service was extremely slow. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, and it took forever to get my food. I asked for condiments and was nearly through my cold food before the waiter checked on me and then said "my bad." Um OK?

We went early ( 5:00 ) to avoid the crowd. But, it was close to being a full house. Of our 3 steak dinners and one steak salad 2 were not cooked as ordered. The salad part was excellent, but the steak on it was cooked rare and was ordered medium. Two of the steak dinners were tough meat to... More

Expect the best get the best. Outback exceeds my standards and will always get my business. The waitress was attentive, fast to serve and pleasant on the eyes. A great combination.

Ribs were nice but fries left a little to be desired - not up to expected standards. Service attentive and ensured refills were timely.
