Took my daughter (12) to Taj Mahal for dinner. Hands down, one of the best places in East Boulder County. Flavors are excellent, ambiance so comfortable. Don't expect fast service, just sit and relax. The overall service was very good. Saag paneer and Chicken tikka masala were fantastic. Nothing but great things to say - and needless to say, I'm... The Taj Mahal is an Indian cuisine restaurant located on South Boulder Rd in Louisville. There is a daily lunch buffet, which is always well stocked with a variety of tasty foods including vegetarian options. When the buffet is not in place and casual dining is going on, the service is speedy and friendly. The food made to order is... More

Been going to Taj Mahal III for about 14 years. Probably about 6 times+ per year. Food 99.9% excellent, service always welcoming and excellent, quiet, decor terrific. Very extensive menu for a wide choice. Could go on and on but excellent means excellent and I am picky.

Taj Mahal Louisville is now close to becoming a landmark for the city of Louisville. The restaurant is easily one of the oldest Indian restaurants in the Boulder county area. As menus go, the Louisville Taj tries but ends up in the same boat as most of the average Indian restaurants. You will find the similar Saag paneer, Tandoori dishes,... More

Great authentic indian food to try again and again. In a strip mall but great dekor inside. Fresh ingredients and available in mild, medium and hot. Reasonable prices and good wine list. Pleasant staff. Buffet for lunch. Lots of take out orders.

On the outset I have to say I am not a great fan of Indian Cuisine. Some friends of ours had given us a gift certificate for this restaurant and so after carrying the gift certificate around in my wallet for more than six months, we came to use it. What a pleasant surprise. The food was genuinely good. The... More

As I meander around the western US and reluctantly have Indian food with my boyfriend, I continue coming back to Taj Mahal in my home town. The service & food here is excellent, and as I've said before in reviews, I usually don't care for Indian food. I even tried a couple highly recommended Indian restaurants in Santa Fe this... More

Great authentic Indian food at a reasonable price. good ambiance. Nice folks. I am from Atlanta travelling to Westminster every few weeks. Whenever I am in town, it is worth driving 20 mins. to Taj Mahal. Keep it up.

I rarely am a repeat customer at any given place, but the Taj Mahal 3 I make an exception for. The food is of fine quality, the atmosphere somber and respectful, and the staff attentive and professional. They don't make a business of catering, so I was happy to be able to talk them into catering my wedding.

My last review was over a year ago, although we've been here quite a few times since then. This is the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to in my life, and I don't usually care for Indian food. I go because my boyfriend likes it & I'm a good sport. Last night we took my parents there & had... More
