Nice occasion restaurant - tasty food, fun waitstaff, a bit pricey

We went on date night here. (Side note, make a reservation!) They got us into a nice secluded area, which we appreciated. Our server, Rolo, was really friendly and chatty. We wished we hadn't been in a hurry that night, because he was a funny guy. One thing we can say: this is a hard place to eat... read more

I don't know how this place has survived in a town known for its restaurants; it is very expensive, not very clean and the food products seemed to from cans. Service was acceptable but not great ....young inexperienced staff.

I reserved a table for my husband's birthday in hopes of having fun and trying something new.what a mistake! My child is six and a picky eater, knowing this called ahead to see if a la carte options were available. The person on then phone was pleasant and said absolutely no problem! Explaining there was a child's menu and people... More

We brought our two boys (5 and 8) here to celebrate their hard work at school. We had such a nice evening. We had the four course meal. Everything was delicious and it was a fun interactive experience for the kids. Our server was great with the kids. It is not something we can afford to do all of the... More

My husband and I went to The Melting Pot on a nice spring evening in March 2015. What a fun and decadent dining experience this is! The food was fabulous, the service was excellent and attentive - this was definitely worth the price for a fun night out. You can either order fondue a la carte or you can choose... More

Absolutely enjoyed all of the food! Charley did an excellent job. He was wonderful to us! We were greeted by Sam the manager who also treated us like family.

I come to this restaurant about once per year or less. Our waitress this go around was Melissa and she was excellent. She knew when to chat and when to leave us alone. Attentive and kind. Food was consistent as always. Cheese fondue, wine broth, and chocolate and peanut butter fondue for dessert. One change I would like to see... More

We felt highly spoiled this Valentine's Day at the Melting Pot. As always, great service; nice private, comfy booth with room to relax. Never felt rushed. The mix of flavors is just unbeatable. Plan at least a 2-hour evening, maybe 3! Well worth the time to sit, sip, dip, and enjoy. Hubby arranged ahead of time for a dozen roses... More

This was my 1st experience at the Melting Pot for a birthday celebration with my sister! I will be singing Drew's (our waiter) accolades! The restaurant was Impressive, with an elegant atmosphere. Drew was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, accommodating to All our Needs, Highly Skilled, and it was evident he loved his work! I have a weakness for fine dining, and... More

The last time I was at this location, our experience was horrible. This time was wonderful! We went for a very rarely had date night. Our server was great, the food was incredible, the evening was perfect. We got the Lover's Lane package, and the $150 price tag was well worth it. We got a 4 course meal, we each... More
