After long day of travel arrived for a much needed glass of wine and quiet dinner. Staff immediately accessed this and gave me a lovely private booth , fast service and good food. Nice atmosphere even while busy. Recommended.

Carraba's has a wonderful atmosphere and good food, it's just a bit pricey. Their wood fired grill is wonderful and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I had an incredible grilled chicken breast that was perfectly flavored and was cooked just right. The downside is the prices were a bit high. Granted, it's much better than Olive Garden, but considering... More

If you want good Italian food in the Boulder area, this may be the place for you. If you want quiet dining, this place might not be for you. The food is excellent and the service was very good. Drinks came out soon and entrees arrived later, giving us time to socialize. We were seated in a booth. There were... More

We had a late lunch (3:00pm), Often when you eat in the middle of the afternoon the service is slow, and the food is not up to par. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quick service by the maitre-de is setting us outside, at our request. The waitress - Amber, was quick to bring us drinks and take... More

I've been coming to this site about once a year for 10 years. I've also been other Carrabba's. This is my favorite. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food always seems a notch above "Chain" restaurant food. And I really appreciate that they now have a gluten-free menu.

My family eats here when we are in the Louisville area. It is a pretty good sized chain. That's not meant as a negative since places don't normally become chains unless they are doing stuff right. Their basic recipes are good although the service in this particular restaurant has been variable over the years. When they get it right they... More

This place used to be fun and busy at happy hour. Then they took all the HH food off the specials!?!? Plenty of other places to go and I won't be back. Only good thing was the chicken soup.

We recently moved to Louisville, Co and would up grabbing a bite at the local Carrabba's. We were taken aback by how friendly and efficiant the staff were and how good the food was. We have been back several times and experienced the same consistency each visit. I recommend the chicken Bryan with spinach and the half price happy hour... More

I took my family to this popular franchise in Louisville, Colo., for little celebration dinner recently. Even though the place was crowded for a Friday evening, we were seated immediately and the servers were efficient and perfunctory. I don't expect people who work in these places to take an active interest in customers and my expectations were what I got.... More

This is the second Carrabba's in a row that has fallen flat on it's face other than the server who was excellent.I ordered their "TRIO" and it was a flop. The salmon was dry,the mezzaluna was dry and the cavatrappi was ice cold. They did replace that but by than the damage had been done.My companion also had the "TRIO" but with...
