My friends and I met for Happy Hour, and had yummy food and drinks. It has a great atmosphere. Quiet enough to have conversation, but enough energy to be fun. They had great staff, and wonderful menu choices.

We had a fine dinner here and the service was pretty good, but....nothing outstanding about the restaurant. Perhaps because we expected more from what we had heard and read about Sugarbeet we expected a more upscale experience and a higher level out of the kitchen. Our meals were all good but not to the level we expected. The wine list... More

This was my first dining experience at Sugarbeet and I will definitely go back when in town. We made reservations and were seated immediately upon arriving. We ordered the octopus and shrimp appetizer and it was a VERY LARGE portion and the octopus was cooked perfectly - a bit chewy but not tough at all. The seasonings were great as... More

Consistently great food. Best around. Forget Niwot and Boulder these guys knock it out of the park every time. Sugarbeet is hard by the tracks and shares a building with a print shop and crossfit box. The decor is modern but not over the top trendy. It'll suit anyone from ironic hipsters to business casual and suit and tie to... More

Wonderful, delightful and totally made up menus and meals. Foods I never would think of putting together and boy are they yummy. Plenty of food to enjoy. Hopefully you leave room for dessert, whether you care for chocolate or not, as they have spectacular ones to choose from.

Amazing food, excellent service, great atmosphere ! This Longmont gem surprised us with a truly creative menu. We ate tapas style during happy hour, enjoying gorgonzola stuffed dates wrapped in speck, the lightest fritters I'd ever tasted, a roasted cauliflower so delicious we had to order a second plate, crispy yucca chips with a lime drizzled mashed avocado. The cheese... More

Everything we tried at this restaurant was a taste bud explosion! There were so many different flavor combos that our family had never tried before. I was surprised that even our pickiest eater tried some new and interesting things. The best appetizer was the roast carrots with yogurt-honey-mint dip, WOW! Amazing. The best dessert was a lavender-lemon creme brulee. Our... More

We have been going to Longmont for years and have always meant to try the sugar beet, but seemed to never do it. This year we made a point to go there. What a nice dinner experience. The good was very good, the service great, and the price reasonable. One night we had tuna and crab cakes, both were excellent.... More

Dined at bar for First Bite promotion. Food was well prepared and very tasty. Desserts were devine. Bartender was helpful and recommended great bottle of Petit Syrah. Definitely best restaurant in Longmont for many years. Looking forward to next visit.
