Business travel took me to Longmont, CO and I knew nothing about the town. I took a stab at a restaurant named Sugarbeet and was rewarded with an incredible meal. This place was little difficult to find using a maps app but it was worth the trouble. I had a lamb shank entree anda salad that were superb. The wine... More

Had the Mussels, Snap Pea salad, Bouillabaisse. Portions generous, should have skipped the Mussels (they were only Good - I liked the chorizo in there) Little bit of Basil in the salad, really liked that.... Fish stew top of the line, taste-wise. Bit pricey, but worth it. Wines by the glass were good, and my wife loved the blood orange... More

The menu is based on mostly locally available premium quality food. It includes very nice blend of appetizing, interesting selections with daily specials that don't seem to repeat. The chef is talented and inspired, creating and preparing dishes that rank with the best found anywhere. Decor is airy, attractive, simple, appealing contemporary style. The place is on the quiet side... More

We went for our Wedding Anniversary and it was so romantic and everything we got was so delicious. The service was very good. The only thing is it's in a very weird location.

The menu changes regularly but it is consistently delicious. The location is a bit awkward but they make it work. Fresh seafood items tend to really shine (don't miss a scallop dish if there is one available) as well as the more savory meat dishes (anything braised is always a winner in my book.) They've got a good wine and... More

There were 5 of us that enjoyed Sugarbeet on a Saturday evening. We got there early for our reservation so that we could enjoy a cocktail at the bar. Wonderful Martini's and a nice friendly bartender. When we sat down for dinner in this lovely restaurant with nice warm colors it just felt like you were home. We started with... More

The menu is seasonal and you must go there at various times throughout the year, to experience all they have to offer. Our table enjoyed the rack of lamb, ahi tuna, short rib pappardelle and all entrees were presented beautifully, prepared to perfection and mouthwateringly delicious!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Longmont. It is a very nice restaurant that serves great interesting dishes. They source their food from local farmers which makes the food taste so fresh. I highly recommend to those visiting Longmont, Colorado.
