No trip to Colorado would be complete without dining at Sugarbeet. Everyone in our party had a magnificent dinner. I truly love having the waiters describe each dish and the presentation is first class.

While traveling in Colorado on business, my colleague and I found Sugarbeets a fabulous surprise. The atmosphere was trendy yet relaxed and the food was spectacular. I highly recommend the kale salad!

The food at Sugarbeet is amazing! Inventive. Fabulous tastes that surprise and delight. The menu changes with the seasons so there's no point in our praising something you won't be able to order. Have an appetizer, soup, and dessert if you have room. The service was terrific too. We had some special requests for take out and they were met... More

When I dine at Sugarbeet I feel like I'm in the city. The cozy atmosphere, professional service, and hearty food are worth the cost. Tried-but-true epicurean trends are peppered in with down home classics. Yummy! Don't miss the classic Sazerac cocktail--a rye whiskey delight!

My husband and I love Sugarbeet and would encourage trying their seasonal menus. They use locally sourced produce and meat. Their mouthwatering flavors are always a crowd pleaser. Enjoy their menu. If you love something, go back quick. Their menu changes with the seasons and then you will have a new favorite.

We were staying with friends in Erie and their favorite place for a nice dinner out is Sugarbeet so we took them as a thank you for their hospitality. It's a very nice place and you have to know where it is because it's really in a non-descript area that is tucked away. Our waitress was very friendly and appetizers... More

This used to be a 5-star restaurant, always leaving us wanting to come back again. The last two times we ate here, we could not help but notice that the food went from outstanding to competent; still good but certainly nothing exceptional, and nothing that we would look forward to ordering again. And the prices went up a lot. The... More

We all felt this was on of the best meals we had enjoyed in a long time. The atmosphere is very classy but we felt right at home in our Teva's and zip off pants. The food was delicious and the portions were large. It is not cheap. About $150 for the four of us but we all felt it... More

Sugarbeet is a culinary gem, and one of the few excellent restaurants in Longmont. The food is creative, farm fresh and delicious. They can rival any place in Boulder. Highly recommended!

The chefs at Sugarbeat are among the best. The menu selections are exceptional with many local grown vegetables. The seafood and meats are the highest quality, I had oysters on half shell , with several choices to choose from. They werwe very fresh. I thought I would stick to seafood as the oysters were so good. I had a choice... More
