I was not terribly hungry so I was able to sample the appetizers--amazing! Nothing complicated but so delicious. Try to sit outside if it's possible, it was very crowded the night we dined there so you will need a reservation.

Great patio for a summertime dinner. The food was very good with the fish of the day being exceptional. Very good service as well.

My first visit was with a large group and Tortuga's was able to accommodate us without any issues. The staff was wonderful and the food is awesome.

"The Turtle" is an old house converted into a restaurant. Its well run and the food is very good. If they have a steak on special, get it. Its mostly seafood on the menu, but their steaks are fantastic if they have one that night.

Had dinner here before a show at Jester's Theater. Service was pleasant and inviting. Food was something you would expect in a big city with a renowned chef. The restaurant has a variety of fish dishes served in different manners, so you may get spicy or not. It was a very enjoyable dining experience. And the artwork on the walls... More

I was looking for a restaurant between our house and some friends. Wow, Tortuga's was everything I was looking for and more. We had a group of 7 and between us had; Mahi Mahi Voodoo, Crab & Potato Enchilada's, Shrimp Ceviche, some sort of avacado salsa and a half order of Jambalaya because we really wanted to try it. Everything... More

Hard to believe this far from any ocean you could get great seafood in mountain country --- but trust me you can and this is the place! My wife had a sea bass and I had swordfish and they were perfect; and I mean perfect. Great mango salsa and the rice & beans were spot on. Service was attentive and... More

Some how the folks at Tortuga's have set up a really good fish restaurant in Longmont. They have a lot more than just fish if you don't feel like sea food. It's nice to sit outside in their courtyard on a warm evening.

One of the better restaurants in Longmont. Several gluten free options. Delicious seafood prepared in 5 different finishes. I got the mojo finished swordfish. Bright and light flavors of lime, chili, cilantro. Perfectly cooked and seasoned black beans. Don't miss the plantains with guacamole. Decent, although not extensive wine list. Atmosphere inside is fine. A bit scarce and informal. In... More
