We've been here a number of times when visiting relatives in the area. You better order early to get the St. Louis style ribs which literally fall off the bone; they are the best. Pulled pork and chicken sandwiches are also very good. This is essentially a take out place but they have some seating and good picnic tables outside.... More

The old house may not be the most charming, but the food is delicious and the staff are great--friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We liked the "burnt ends" brisket and pulled pork the best. The green-bean casserole side dish was crunchy, cheesy, and definitely not your mom's Thanksgiving stand-by. Yum. I'd go again. For sure.

Great quality food. Always consistent. If anything is wrong, they make it right without hesitation. I can be somewhat a picky eater. The pulled pork is awesome; not dry nor soaking in juice. Most of all, very few charred bits that other places throw in to save money. If you go for mid-day lunch, better show up before 11:45am or... More

Husband had the brisket, he said it was so so, beans were good, different, coleslaw was just average. I had the 1/2 slab pork ribs and they were good, but the smoke wasn't as smokey as I'm use to, I personally did not care for the beans, red beans not your normal baked beans, different but I didn't care for... Have visited a couple times. Have to get in early and well before dinner or you'll be stuck with a limited number of choices. This is the only draw back to GB's. They only make enough food based on the numbers from the previous day. Food is good, great smoky flavor, tender and delicious though.

We arrived at Georgia Boys about ten minutes before closing, but they kept the restaurant open a bit later just for us. We shared a half rack of ribs, a plate of pulled pork, mac and cheese and BBQ baked beans. The food was plentiful and delicious. The meat was falling off the bone and the sauces were delicious. The... More

This is the real deal BBQ joint that you're looking for. Don't fail to try the burnt ends, if everyone before you hasn't bought them all up. Ghost pepper sauce gives a good kick without being over the top like it so very easily could be. Ribs are meaty and juicy and tender. They are St. Louis style, so they... More

We each had the 1/3rd rack of ribs which was plenty for each of us and I have a big appetite. They were super tasty with lots of meat on the bones. We sat outside but the is some indoor seating. A good deal for your money.

After tasting a variety of beers at the Left Hand Brewing Co, our server, Mary recommended that we try the Bar B Q at Georgia Boys. From the outside, you probably wouldn't want to stop, it just isn't much to look at-a small house, with picnic tables in the front yard. But take the time to stop. We walked in... More

My husband, mother and I finally made it to Georgia Boys! The reviews on TA had me very intrigued; we live in Florida and just about anywhere in our town you can throw a stone and end up hitting a barbecue place. So we were wondering how Georgia Boys would stack up to what we have at home. We arrived... More
