Great breakfast burritos! The green sauce is also very amazing. Some days the hot is mild and others the hot salsa is HOT.

This has got to be the largest Santiago's I've been to. The food is consistent. It is not upscale or even what I would call authentic. It is tacos and burritos for the most part. The dinning room is large and clean. The staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast burritos are pretty good here and an excellent value.

They hit it every time. The only reason they didn't get a 5 is that some of the steak pieces in the steak burrito were a little over done and hard but overall it was very tasty and the service was great.

The $2 breakfast burritos are the best deal for a fine burrito. They come in mild, half-and-half, or hot. The hot is warm but not killer. The green Chile on the other hand, is very spicy if you get it hot. It's really good, but half-and-half is enough for me (and I like hot). Not terribly fancy, but clean, quick... More

We're used to the Santiagos in Lafayette - which by the way has amazing food - never had a bad meal there. After moving to Longmont we've tried Santiagos 4 or 5 times and each time we were less than pleased. This last time however, we were extremely disappointed! The churos were chewy with NO flavor. The sopapillas were overcooked.... More

we used to eat here all the time for a nice big plate of cheap Mexican food- that is until we pulled a big vein out of our taco meat one time in a taco, and then, a piece of plastic wrap in it another time- we quit going there after that!!!!

We were looking for some good authentic Mexican food and picked Santiago's off the internet. I wish we would have found this restaurant on our first day in Longmont because I would have gone back every night. It's very affordable and our waitress was friendly and very helpful with suggestions from the menu. My mom had the Indian Taco and... More

Very consistent experience regardless of the location you go to. The green chili is awesome but be careful because the degree of hotness changes with each batch. This just makes the trip more exciting especially if you like hot.

The legendary Santiago's chain of restaurants Longmont location is on Main just south of downtown. The picture that Tripadvisor has here is a location that closed a few years ago, so don't go looking for a place that looks like that. The breakfast burritos are great and you get them really fast. They are not real big, and I would... More

I have never eaten in the restaurant. My husband picks up a variety of burritos which we freeze. Their breakfast burritos are great. I love the beef burrito. Prices are very good.
