The beers are fine with me but the food leave a lot to be desired. Most of it is bland and unseasoned. The 'Pocket Cheese' is a particularly bad offender and I don't know how you screw up any variation of a cheese stick. These literally tasted like a wedge of mozzarella in a piece of bread because the breading... More

For the life of me, I can not understand the popularity of Oskar Blues or the line of beers. The food here is nothing to write home about and way overpriced. Music is TOO loud for a restaurant.Beer for the most part is horrible! Have you tried Dave's Pale Ale? I'm a bit of a micro brew junkie, so believe... More

Like the concept of farm to table, but the food was on the bland side. I had the salmon and chips, with slaw. Not a very tasty dinner. On the plus side, the beers were pretty darn good.

Great food and good service too. Fish tacos are the best. Good selection of beers. A little load in the bar, but much quieter in the dining room. Will return more times after 4 already since July

Being a long-time resident of Longmont, I have watched this restaurant go up and down a bit. The beer selection is terrific and they try to really bring in some unique craft brews, along side their own, which I commend them for. Their food tends to be a little hit-or-miss. Consistency can be a challenge, with maybe the first time... More

With so many breweries in Colorado, large and small, this one caught my eye. And I wasn't disappointed. We headed over to the Tasty Weasel for a flight and got the tour, too.

I was part of a group of about 20 people. Unfortunately, only one server was assigned to us. Needless to say, this made things go quite slowly. Getting everyone their bills easily took half an hour. On top of that, my main entree never came, but was still on the bill when I got it. Fixing that took quite some... More

My family was staying with friends in Longmont, and they took us to Oskar Blues for lunch. The beer selection is fantastic and the food was outstanding. Loved the decor (album covers) in the men's restroom and sitting outside is a must. Just a cool place!

Love going to the local breweries and this place did not disappoint. Great BBQ platter, arrive hungry and go big, it is great to try their different cuts of BBQ. The beer is outstanding too, Dale's Pale Ale is a good beer, I am a sucker for Mama's Yella Pils, it is more of a blonde ale then a Pilsner,... More

Great place for beer and apps. Usually loud and crowded but have never had a bad service experience. Food just seems hit or miss. OB's "great" usually equates to an "average" food experience when they are on...more often than not, they are off. Drink beer, enjoy a cocktail, split an app and enjoy the rip-off of the HoB atmosphere...then split.... More
