My wife wanted to go here for our anniversary. Walking into the lobby, it just feels like the Melting Pot could use a fresh start. It seems to take a bit longer than it should to be seated, see a server, get the food and get drinks. Maybe they just expect you to sit and relax over a 2 hour... More

We had not been to the restaurant for several years but it was still the best experience. Our server was excellent, manager was very friendly. We had a birthday we were celebrating and they went all out to make it very special. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good place to celebrate. Do not be in a... More

Our group of seven had lunch here yesterday, and overall it was a good experience. As other reviewers have mentioned, you need to allow adequate time for your meal - this is not a place for a quick business lunch. We were there over two hours. The building itself is historic and some say haunted. Our very pleasant server was... More

We love eating at this Melting Pot. We have tried them in several cities including; Chicago, Fredericksburg, Spokane and this is by far the best. The location is great - convenient. The history of the building in interesting and ambiance is wonderful. The fondue is deeeeeeelicious!

In the warmer weather, try out their patio seating - it is extra fun to have fondue al fresco :) We usually only go for special occasions due to the cost - but, they also offer many specials all year long, and we will take advantage of those as well. One you sign up for their birthday/anniversary list thing, you... More

So, I love fondue and have since I was a child. Went to the Melting Pot and was completely disappointed. It is outdated and dirty. The steam from the fondue pot condensed on the light fixture and then dripped back into the pot. When we told someone all they said was, "a lot of people complain about that"....really? Fix it!... This is a fun place to visit as a date night or with a small group. Who doesn't like melted cheese or chocolate??? The building is the old historic library and the company worked hard to keep many of the original features. It is filled with little private seating nooks around every corner. The food is good and you can... More

We have been to this Melting Pot location many times, the most recent a few months back and it's still one of our favorites! The servers are always very friendly and helpful (especially when you have food allergies like I do), which is a plus! Now the food. They have the best gluten free bread for dipping, my husband always... More
