A Very Nice Approach to Fondue

The Melting Pot makes for a wonderful, lasting experience, with an interesting fondue menu in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. If you like found, and you have the time to enjoy it, this place is a diamond.

I took my wife over to The Melting Pot on the spur of the moment. It was a couple of days before Valentines. The Cupid's Special was fantastic and with a bottle of wine the cost was very reasonable for a unique three course dining experience! Our server, Julie, was totally intent on making our time very special! Kudos! It... More

I used to take my daughters here often, but it got so expensive. Just went for Denver Restaurant Week and it was STILL so expensive. Granted, 4 beers and one (cheap) bottle of wine, but over $250.00 (Oh, added one lobster). I like it, but I could do it at home for $30.00-$40.00 total.

It was good, it was cool that you cook your food in front of you. The food was ok, I wasn't amazed or anything. The booth downstairs are so tight could barely move, it was so uncomfortable!!There are a lot more better restaurant out there!!

I was hesitant about going for restaurant week but from the reservation to the checking in and being escorted to the table and having servers taking care of us in a timely manner and the food was delivered very timely and the food and beverages were great as well as the wonderful chocolate fondue desert. It was wonderful and would... More

My daughter and I visited during Denver Restaurant week as a special treat to ourselves. It took two hours for the complete meal. The food is good, but it is a bit on the bland side. I guess that's why they give you an array of digging sauces for the meats. But you go there for the experience and the... More

First off this restaurant is not about the best food you have ever tasted in the Denver area. It's about the fondue experience which makes for a slow and relaxed dining experience. You should not be in a hurry if you go here. We went toward the end of Feb for a belated Valentine's Day celebration and it took us... More

A group of us went for Denver Restaurant week (DRW). All of us had to find babysitters for our "date" night. One couple drove down from Bennett. All was going great until an accident at the intersection near by killed the power. We were told that the power wouldn't be going back on for 4 hours and that the cheese... More

We like the melting pot and have been numerous times. As others have stated, it's a lengthy meal, give 2-3 hours. If you aren't experienced with fondues, they will explain it and prepare for a fun dining experience. You will feel like the portions are small until it just keeps coming! Some very tasty cheese fondue options, a few good... More
