Also was there with guests from out of town 4/15/14. The good thing is that the food was great, and the view is awesome, for the most part, the bad thing was the service was horrendous. Now, when one decides to go to an overpriced steakhouse in general, you expect a certain level of service to correspond to justify those... More

Went there with guests from out of town 4/15/14 (Tues at 6:30pm). It was supposed to be my birthday dinner (7people total). Most of the food was good but took forever to arrive. Salads were good, but some in our party thought they were overdressed. Lobster bisque was excellent! However, they "ran out" of prime rib (found out they had... More

A group of 10 of us went to Simms for dinner during a nearby conference. I enjoyed the atmosphere and view. Because of the size of our group we had to waitresses serving us and they were both outstanding. They were very attentive, friendly, and efficient. We ordered several appitizers and several different main courses were ordered. Everyone seemed to... More

We went here to celebrate finishing an office project. Our whole dinner from beginning to finish was over 3 hours. The service was slow. The food was good. I had a dinner and it only came with 2 pieces of shrimp and 2 scallops. It could have been more for the price you pay. This restaurant is really pricey.

Food was very good and the view was spectacular. it was a bit pricey but definitely a quality restaurant. We were there a long time, but we attended a military dinner and I think it purposely was slow because of the number of people and the type of dinner

Nice location with great views but this is spoiled by the service and price for quality. Seems like they believe the unique views allow them to be arrogant and overpriced. Was much better as Simms Landing many years ago. After seating four of us the waiter offered a wine list. We indicated we might want a bottle or two of... More

Simms has always been a satisfying, elegant restaurant with a great wine/ beer choice, menu and service... Similar to another high end restaurant that I used to work at its just a really nice place to take family and business dinners !

We had Valentine's Day dinner for 4. Very busy but were seated right away with reservations. Great view of downtown Denver. Food was good but pretty pricey. I ordered the bison steak. The steak came and was very thin with a lot of fat. I told the waiter who told the manager and they gave us a $48 deduction when... More

What a disappointment this meal was. The lobster bisque was cold. The mashed potatoes were cold and lumpy. The only time the Maitre D came to our table was to apologize for the delay in our bill - their credit card system had failed and they had to conduct each transaction "manually". We paid good money for a very poor... More

Was so excited to check it out with a guy I've been seeing. Went there on a Wednesday at 6:30. We met at the bar. I was 15 minutes early. I got a seat at the bar. Never once was I offered service from bartender. We managed to find ourselves a couch by the fireplace. He had to go up... More
