Late lunch visit

We went in for a quick late lunch. The ambiance is excellent! The food is good and delicious. No issues at all with the service. The menu seems to have just one or two vegetarian item and no vegan food at all. Great place for couples, friends to hangout, family with or without kids. I believe they... read more

My second visit here was exactly the same as my first. my food was good nothing to remember either way. my friends potstickers or undercooked which is tough to do. I think the staff screws around a little too much. I've worked in restaurants and understand having fun and being joyful but the customers are always first any respect their... More

Generally a nice place to take a date or to go on a date night. The food is good, the service is good but often there are minor inconstancies. One time the seared ahai tuna will be awesome and the next time it will only be ok. Likewise the appearance of the food sometimes varies.

I went to dinner with a friend. We had the best fried green beans for an appetizer. The drinks were great and they a "happy hour" option - even on a Friday night that included a beer and a burger. My friend went with this option. They also had discounts on "bar bites" and I had some wonderful pot stickers... More

Ate here with friends/family a few nights ago. The potato skins were great, as were the potstickers. I had the ribs, which were slightly spicy but reasonably good. Service was really good. One note regarding the previous review r.e. the fish and chips. When restaurants serve fish and chips, they're referring to British style fish and chips, which actually does... More

There is something on the menu for everybody and, for the most part, whatever you order is well prepared. We had lunch there and I had fish and chips. Very few restaurants actually do fish and chips literally. The chips are usually french fries. Not here. You get homemade chips, very thin crispy chips. My daughter ordered the Kale salad... More

We have always had a good meal here and so decided today that we wanted to go out for lunch and ended up at the Elephant Bar. We ordered the Chicken Potstickers, 1/2 rack of ribs with a side of ceasar sala and mac and cheese and soup and salad with french onion soup. My husband said the ribs were... More

We met some friends there for dinner recently. There is almost nothing for vegetarians on the EB menu. Very Very limited! Just the Artichoke Dip and Green Bean App and small salads and a side dish or two. No main dishes at all. The Citrus salad is good but not any bigger than a side salad for $8 without chicken.... We went here for dinner with family. Really nice restaurant and nice patio. Food was good. Service was excellent. A little pricey.

Too bad that Elephant Bar has changed owners. They used to have the greatest lamb shanks. Menu has gone way down. EB used to be a treat, but now it's just another place to go. They also had a great seniors discount. i can understand that 60 is the new 30, but at least have a senior discount for those... More
