Went here with another couple. My wife doesn't ski, so it was awesome for her to be able to see the mountain. Food was great. Service was great too. The manager, Dominic came over and talked to us for a few minutes. He really wanted to make sure we were having a good time. We are locals, but I would... More

It's two gondola rides and a short trek through the snow to the huge, timbered lodge that houses Der Fondue Chessel. It's your basic "dip-it-in-cheese, grill it yourself" fondue routine, and the food is, in fact, very good. The fun is in the wait staff and the strolling musicians. The 2-accordion-one fiddle band has a very broad repertoire, performing polkas... More

Der Fondue Chessel is a must at some point when you visit Keystone - for the experience as much as the food - but go hungry and save room for the chocolate!!!

A delightful, but resort-expensive, experience. Two gondola rides up to the back of Keystone Mountain with nice warm blankets lead to the stone and lodgepole pine restaurant. We arrived early for our reservation (recommended) and walked into an empty room but for a family of 3; the hostess asked us to wait while our server okayed seating us early (really?... More

Dom is a great manager! And overall the service was really good, despite the fact we were there on opening night for the season with lots of new staff that had never served there before. Things took a bit longer but they more than made up for it with their friendliness and even comping several items because they felt bad.... More

My husband and I went here for my birthday. It was a lot of fun. The experience is special because you ride the gondola to get there. We ski Keystone regularly, so a gondola ride is no big deal. But in December its a gondola ride in the dark, so it's different and a little exciting. They provide dinner guests... More

This is one of the most all around fine dinner experiences that I have ever had. The gondola ride up the mountain at sunset was spectacular. The servers were attentive to all details. The steak, lobster, bison, and elk fondue were delicious. I would recommend this to everyone who visits the resort.

When you dinner requires two different gondolas to ascend to it location, you know you are in for something unique. Granted it was expensive, but it was about the experience more than the food. The food was adequate, the service decent, the entertainment fun, the ambience was nice, the views were speculator. The downside was you had to decent the... More

I read lots of the Tripadvisor reviews before coming here. I have 3kids ages 13, 7 and 4 and they ALL loved it. Yes it's expensive. But it's a really fun experience. My 7 year old got a little burnt because he was not paying attention And touched the hot griddle so keep an eye on them. It wasn't a... More
