A great place to grab a hearty plate of pasta after a long day on the slopes! Good prices and staff was very kind and on top I things!
This place was just ok - everything including the chopped chicken salad was overpowered with garlic. Pasta w/ italian sausage, chicken Parmesan and the salad were average fare. The tiramisu was quite good.
The place was very busy and the two young ladies at the hostess table were in over their heads. Could not handle the phone, people present and seating. Did not say hello or smile at all. We didn't have reservations and the wait was not very long. The place was busy and I think that everything suffered because of that.... More
The experience myself and group of friends had at Luigi's was very disappointing. I'll pinpoint quickly why we didn't enjoy this restaurant. 1) Seated 20 minutes after reservation 2) Served drinks 40 minutes after being seated 3) Didn't have any clean wine glasses 4) They forgot my order and when they realized it they quickly put it in the oven... We visited Luigi's twice during our time in Keystone. Between three of us we sampled a good range of food from the menu. Other than the shrimp starter which seemed very expensive and fish stew which was very spicy - no warning - we enjoyed all of the other dishes. The cheese garlic bread started was very good. If you know what Italian food is and tastes like don't go here. I know it's convenient but save your cash and cook in your condo or go to silverthorne and eat there.
The bartender/server can not handle both jobs. Took 25 mins to get a soda because he was to busy getting bar drinks for the rest of th servers. Fried Ravioli had Jalepeno cheese which was not stated on menu and my husband got sicker then a dog. I ordered an unsweetened ice the and never got it! When we got... More
LOVE the gorgonzola sauce. We tried several apps ; tomato caprese with balsamic reduction was my favorite.
We enjoyed the portobello mushroom tower app & family style penne a la vodka. Plenty food for two (with penne left over). Loved both dishes. The penne had spinach & a nice roasted red pepper cream sauce that tasted much better than average vodka sauce. Relaxing setting watching the skiers walk by. Excellent service! Perfect place for a quiet dinner... More
We liked the bread, the (recommended) wine, and the food. Our party of 7 ordered from the menu and the evening specials. Our server was friendly and helpful. I am sure we will go again when we are back in Keystone Village.
