Quiet spot with nice views

Ate here out last night in Keystone. My husband and I both had the Colorado striped bass. It was good but a little bland in my opinion. Nonetheless, it was good and a great mix of flavors. I had a really amazing salad (their Winter Greens salad) which is especially good if you enjoy winter... read more

We had reservations for 6 people on Valentines Day. Our table was ready on time. The service was good. We did not enjoy the lentil soup, and it was returned. My filet tasted delicious, but it was cold. The atmosphere was very cozy. I believe, however, that in a nice restaurant like this one the food should not be auctioned... More

From the moment we walked in the door to the last sip of champagne, it was a terrific experience. The prices are high, but you definitely get what you pay for. The service was primo, and the food was absolutely wonderful. Yes, we'll be back. Word to the wise - make a reservation - this place had to turn folks... More

The food was amazing. The steak was one of the best I've ever had. My husband had the buffalo which he tried to eat every last piece of. Our service was great. The server was helpful, attentive and catered to us.

The hostess was not cordial and seemed preoccupied and indifferent when seating us. We sat at our table for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us. My husband chased down the hostess who hardly responded. We finally grabbed a waitress and asked to be waited on. After this the service was fine and the meal went well. However, we all... More

There was minimal entrée choices - my picky husband only found 1 thing he'd be able to eat, and I, who will eat most things and love high class dining, only found 2 things that sounded appetizing. The restaurant didn't have its own restroom, so you had to walk upstairs to use the hotel's restroom, which if you indulged a... More

We had a GREAT time at Family Sunday Brunch, but none of that had to do with eating. Kids have their own buffet (cheesy scrambled eggs, assorted cereal, pancake bar with assorted toppings, dried fruit, sweet treats, assorted juices) and their own room where they can meet and take pictures with Ripperoo (the Keystone Kidtopia mascot - a lovable dog),... Keystone has a difficult time providing slopeside reasonable options Choices are to drive to nearby towns but honestly it is not a place for "fine dining" Who wants to drive anywhere after skiing! The bighorn is located in keystone lodge and is small but open seating with a pretty view but not spectacular I found the service well paced and... More

My buffalo burger was nice but the kids' chicken tenders were overcooked. Nice atmosphere sitting by the fireplace. Good place to network at a conference as everybody ends up here.

The restaurant claims to be a fine dining place despite its name. In the local dining guide it is listed among "signature" Keystone places. Well, signature or not, it is far from fine dining. As a matter of fact, it is far from average decent dining either. Following other reviewes, I ordered a 36 dollar bison stake that was supposedly... More
