At Karen's suggestion we started out with the caramelized goat cheese..yummy! Spiced honey was drizzled on top, the port wine sun-dried cherries & flat bread made the appetizer simply delicious. The rolls were to die for, brought with a selection of butters. Next we had the chef and "apple" salads..presentations very nice. Followed by our entrees, Scallops and the Filet...Did... More

The Big Horn Steakhouse was a more formal dinner than the Wolf Rock Steakhouse. Maybe it was the room in which we were seated. They have two rooms: one with booths to the right, and one with table to the left. We were seated in the room with tables b/c the other room was filled. Our room was somewhat empty,... More

I really liked the Bighorn, it was the best of the higher end places in the area. The goat cheese app. was too good. Service was professional and quick and the view was beautiful. I have had better steaks but if I had to choose one restaurant to go back to in Keystone it would be this one. I would... More

Had a wonderful steak dinner New Year's Day. Stuffed mushrooms were fabulous. We were lucky to get a table which overlooked the ice skating rink. Wine was good.

I made a reservation online through Open Table before we made our trip out to Colorado for our Christmas vacation, based on reviews from Trip Advisor. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation and yet they still had our table waiting. The Christmas Buffet was fabulous, from delicious appetizers, smoked salmon, chilled shrimp, a mouth watering assortment of cheeses... More

Whilst staying at Keystone Lodge my friends and I had dinner at The Bighorn Steakhouse. Although the restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday night (middle of Fall) the atmosphere in the restaurant was still good. Service was efficient and courteous and the food was lovely. For a main meal, a glass of wine each and one dessert, shared amongst... More

Nice elegant setting. Bighorn salad was delicious but ask for dressing on the side. Trout and pasta dishes are delicious. Service is excellent. Beware of surcharge for resort fee.

I had the Rocky Mountain trout. It was delicious. The sauce was a very nice counterpoint to the flavorful fish. The garlic-butter mushrooms were wonderful, as was the native grain pilaf. My husband had the tenderloin tips. The meat was tender and flavorful. The sauce served over the meat seemed to be a kind of mesquite barbeque sauce that my... More
