Just what we were looking for!

We had reservations at the adjacent Big Horn restaurant, but we weren't that hungry and being the end of the summer season it was dead. We opted for the bar area and it hit the spot. Good happy hour drink prices and appetizers. We had the Calamari which were not overly breaded and the Bison... read more

We went for Happy Hour after skiing for a few days. Service was friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable. The Margaritas were delicious, as were the calamari, chip and dip, and meat/cheese tray. The Spicy Reuben was quite wonderful with a nice side of French Fries. Bison Burger was very good, at medium rare. We would go back again.

The staff was very helpful and opened late for us after a wedding. The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed and very nice.

For a very quiet night, we received very poor service. We had to wave down the waiter several times, cleared our own plates and our water glasses were not refilled. The chicken and kebob dishes had a very heavy, salty sauce. Otherwise it was OK. Not great. It is a beautiful setting.

Had the banana pancakes and they were the best! View was nice as well as the service. Slow seasons are the best :)

Fried food tasted like burnt garlic, filet was raw inside, pasta was a cold balsamic soup. Bartender was only attentive to his friends.

And what are all these stains on the carpet? And why does the menu have misspelled words? All things I found myself wondering during the meal. Food is good. The staff is disinterested. Prices are high.

The décor is very nice--a large fireplace is in the center of a grand lounge area wrapped by a staircase and balcony adjoining floor to ceiling windows. The prices for drinks were reasonable, however the food was not the best I had. My chili was too salty and over spiced. My buffalo burger was overcooked and had a very gamey... More

Tenderfoot is a great choice for people who are staying either at the Lodge or in any of the condos in the Lake Village who want to have just a light dinner (hamburgers, salads etc.). The food is fairly standard, but the setting is terrific and all just a quick walk from any of the condos in the Lake Village.... More
