Been here many times and always leave happy. The food is a little pricey for sandwiches. But they are always good. Views are great as well as service. Keystone is not a hopping place at this time of year--so don't expect much people watching.

On our last day in Summit County we decided to visit Kickapoo Tavern, the only restaurant that was opened late on each of our nights. We were seated quickly and the service was very good. I ordered a burger, and boy was I disappointed. I ordered a basic burger with bacon and bleu cheese, which comes with a side of... More

The family went to Kickapoo for lunch after biking the mountain. Everyone liked their meal! The fish tacos were very good; the burger was delicious, and the shrimp tostada that I had was quite good and very unusual-a real treat. They have a good variety of tap beers including some local and seasonal. Reasonable prices-it is in a resort after... More

This is a great local bar with a strong well trained staff that knows how to give attentive customer service. It was recommended to us by some friends who live in Denver and come to Summit County regularly. The burgers are great. The drinks were generous. The wings were not as hot as I like them, but very tasty. We... More

Get the nachos and get the Kickapoo Juice... that's really all you need. Bottom of the ski slopes, right before you head up on the lift - just a great location.

When I read the menu I was excited as they have a variety of burgers that sound creative and delicious. However when the burgers arrived nothing but disappointment. The bun was hard and cold which kind of ruined the burger. The burger that sounded so delicious on the menu lacked real flavor. The party next to us had to return... More

The Kickapoo has the atmosphere of most of Keystone. Log buildings and mountain decor. It was one of the few restaurants available for the evening meal. The food was acceptable , but the prices are on the high side. We went to the restaurant for a family meal. The waitress was prompt and polite, but seemed annoyed we weren't drinking... More

We visited this restaurant twice while at Keystone. The first time we were a larger group of 7. Horrible service on this visit. Our waitress was very cocky and not in a "friendly fun" kind of way. She could really not be bothered to do much. One person in our party had a hair in their food - we had... More

A very busy place with nice outside seating. Seating and service was prompt, and our waiter was great. The food is very good; we both enjoyed our late lunch. They also feature a host of tap beers. Very good grill and bar scene.
