Macaroni and cheese winners

The macaroni and cheese was the best mac and cheese my family has ever had. The meatloaf is good also.

Recently visited Keystone with family and went dined at Kickapoo Tavern---twice! That is a rarity for us as we like to always try new places. But we returned to this family-friendly establishment because of it's quality, fresh food and atmosphere. Kickapoo offers lots of items you'd expect in a tavern but was clearly a step above bar food. The burgers... More

LONG wait for a table, others were walking in and either getting seated or just sitting down while we were outside with our name on the list. Kitchen was slammed, hostess said she was told not to seat anyone because the kitchen was so backed up. After finally getting a table for lunch, my wife and I split a burrito... More

At the base of the River Run. We ate there in the mid-afternoon, was crowded and rowdy. Sun was shining so their outside area was full. We ate inside-loud but festive. The food is hearty and the drinks are plentiful. I have celiac disease and their menu clearly indicates which items are Gluten Free for me. Our server Helen was... More

Tavern like atmosphere what we expected, so great still expected better food on par with Applebees. Beer was not cold enough but plentiful. Service was OK, seems they were caught flat footed with staffing both times we ate there.

Great selection of mainly Colorodo beers! Great ski village atmosphere, including a big outside sitting area. Food was good. Typical bar food. When you're skiing all day it's a great place to stop.

We were here three of the six nights we stayed at Keystone. It's right off the slopes with a great selection of local brews and BIG meals. There's a great outdoor seating area right in the sunshine where you can sit with other skiers and talk about your adventures.

Located in River Run Village, Kickapoo wad a super easy walk from our condo rental at Lone Eagle. We had dinner here 2 nights of the week we were in Keystone. The grilled salmon with bourbon sauce was amazing, as we're the parmesean truffle fries and the burgers. Highly recommend!

This place is what a great mountain tavern should be. Great beer, good burgers, raucous bar, really friendly servers. Just what you need at the base of the mountain after a day on the slopes.

Good bar food with a nice lodge type restaurant vibe. Food is sufficient, especially if you aren't willing to drive to get a meal.
